Hello, Thank you for your review! We are glad to hear that you have enjoyed the tour with Tomas! This winter is unusually warm and unfortunately we have to look for alternatives on our snow and ice tours too often. On this tour you were offered a hike on a similar route and sightseeing in Trakai which was the best option we could offer in the given conditions (we also sometimes offer kickbikes as an alternative, but this time there was some slight layer of snow/frost on the ground and a bit too slippery to use them). Unfortunately same day cancellations are technically not available while booking through our online partner platforms and minimum of 24 hours cancellation request is required for refund. We are sorry for the caused disappointment and will grant you a great discount on any future bookings with us if you should return to Lithuania! Thank you for recommending our company anyway! Best regards, Simas / NNE
