Very well preserved castle from the middelages with lots of interesting items. It is located beautifully on the lake and I highly recommend going.

I wouldn't wait for Sunset in trakai. It's much nicer during the day where you can enjoy the castle as well as paddle boarding or a boat ride on the lake around the castle which is highly recommended. Anyway the sun doesn't... More

Not to the island. Only to visit the castle. So I think it is worth going there
