One of the best exercises which my friends and me had in Budva. Small lake and waterfront near restaurant. Natural pool for fish which can be on your plate for 20 minutes. Great ambience. They have a dog which is guide for walking around

There is a restaurant (which in abnormaly overpriced) in a nice ambient. The nature is beautiful, but so small area, with not so much to see. It seams to be a private property of a man with a very bad attitude, very rude and unpolite, because of which it doesn’t worth of visiting, because he can ruin your day as he did to us.

I went here with my kids it was lovely and peaceful, tho quite a nail biting ride through the mountains. We had lunch and after that decided to go to the plunge pool for a swim. My husband swam over under the waterfall and he seemed to have disturbed a viper as when he swam back a deadly water viper came out, we quickly got out of the icy depths and climbed the ladder. It was a lovely place but scared us with the viper, would visit again just no plunge pool.

Wow, what a place. We read about Krapina in the Budva travel guide. It's set in a beautiful part of the hills. There's a lovely restaurant with good quality food and a a great board walk to a small waterfall and pool for swimming.

This is a great place to get away from it all and relax!

Nice place for visit during hot summer day (a lot of green tress and creek), with small kids (donkey, fishes, cats), for delicious food (fish from the farm, homemade cheese and honey(. After all one can get more freshness swimming in the icecold waterfall. Highly recommended for a half day visit from Budva.

Visited this afternoon. The place is not shutdown as the last review suggests. We didn't go into the restaurant but we took a quick dip in the freezing but refreshing waters. The most unfortunate part was the animals. We only saw a few (a donkey, a dog and some roosters) and all looked in very poor condition. The rosters had no feathers left, the donkey was covered in buzzards and was on a short chain that didn't allow anyt real movement and didn't have any water. The dog had a sore in his cheek and was also on a short chain. I realize different countries have different standards for treatment of animals but this was pretty awful.

If you have a car this place is definitely worth a visit. The road up in narrow and winding but we met only a few cars.
The place itself is beautiful and it’s clear they have spent a lot of time and effort on developing it.
There’s a pool you can swim in, restaurant and then a short walk across a wooden/flagged walk way takes you to a secluded spot with a little waterfall and pool to swim in. The water was cold but very refreshing!
We didn’t eat as we’d had a late breakfast but the menu looked good. We did have some homemade pomegranate juice though. 😊
A few past reviews commented on poor conditions for the animals - we didn’t see any of this. The donkey, chickens, ducks, geese and dogs were all well looked after.
We spent a very relaxed few hours here. Lovely place.

Perfect place on earth. Delicious homemade food, great atmosphere and very nice people. A little bit tricky road to get there by car, but it is worth it.

This place is well worth the visit. It's a bit of a winding road, but it's a world away from Budva. We loved the setting, the path to the waterfall, the fish and the animals. Felt sorry for the poor roosters all cooped up together, but the friendly donkey and rabbits were cool.

All the kids were having a ball while the adults could enjoy a drink or meal. Did not try the zipline but saw someone else go and it looked fun.

If they had a better range of coffee on offer and some nice seating by the waterfall I would give it five stars. Very charming as it is though and the loungers on the grassed areas are a nice touch. Will be back.
