The main skicenter in Harrachov - to b honest the only one professional. 4 slopes 1 blue, 2 red and 1 black. I was there when winter was not ok, no snow, only 2 slopes were prepared. Very big crowd.

Good resort for Czech Republic, nice slopes, OKish pricing. It has been snowing while we were there so the terrain was pretty much challenging, but I guess once the weather is reasonable, the skiing experience might be fine.

Slopes are nice - black one is really steep, red ones are also great. What is shame are the slowest chairlifts which I ever experienced.. So expect few minutes waiting, ten minutes ride up, two minutes down... Also preparation of slopes is not a best - If I can compare against other 5* skiing areas in Giant mountains.. On the other hand, Harrachov is relatively cheap. And what is best - you can get up early, buy a 2 hours ticket before 8 am and spend those two hours on fresh and less crowded slopes for even better price---

Chertova Gora with a few of Blue, Red and Black ski paths is wonderful. Restaurants are nice. Lots of places to find a ski if you forget your. Calm paths in the forest nearby. Good to stay at your way to Prague!

Harrachov is a wonderful place to visit. It has everything you need for a getaway. The town itself is small, so you don’t really need more than 3 days, all you need is your backpack 70000 czk which is around £270 and you will have all the fun you need. Visit the Mumvala waterfall, the glasswork, the monkey park and of course, climb the beautiful mountain. Me and my boyfriend stayed at Pomi Sport Hotel room 205 has the best view. The hostel is very clean and friendly. If you want to eat good food and to receive proper customer service go to Restaurant Slunce. The food in Restaurant Slunce is tasty and the waitress and waiter are very professional.
