We choose the “7 sins” game as our first experience in this company games.
Mystic atmosphere started with a scary legend, then we were locked in a basement and our journey started..

Plenty of not obvious tasks was there, which you could resolve by yourself if you will be logical and pay enough attention, which I like the most in escape games. Anyway, we asked for a two hints just not to waste time and they was immediately given.
Progressing trough the game, we were surprised with a really scary and well done element of the puzzle, which we spent a lot of time to resolve, but it was worth it!

In general, I could say that this is very well designed game with original tasks and polite and helpful staff. I would recommend it for a group of people who already have at least some experience in escape games and like mysterious games.
Definitely will return to try other games!

My partner and I have done lots of escape rooms in several countries and really liked the room design/atmosphere and the fact that it had some neat puzzles that weren't just keys and combinations. The bank vault shown in the pictures is especially impressive! We had two minor complaints--one of the first puzzles has a few too many elements making it unnecessarily tricky to solve and our host's English prevented us from getting a clear clue (in the end she had to just give us the answer). We didn't complete it in time largely because of that delay but our host gave us a few extra minutes to solve the room which was great. Our other concern was a puzzle that requires you to stand on a stepping stool in the middle of the room. It just felt unsafe and neither of us wanted to stand on it. When we finally got the object where it needed to go, a technical fault meant we had to flip switches to get things moving again. Apart from that, highly recommended!

Booked the Bank Robbery room at the last minute and was so happy we did because this was so much fun. No trouble at all that we don’t speak Latvian because little of it is based on text. The room was challenging yet not too hard and the host was very good at giving hints to us at the right moments and saying the right things.
All in all a very good experience! Recommend with all my heart!

This venue is a simplified replica of Moscow "Claustrophobia: Sherlock Holmes" quest in Moscow with slight alterations in details. Do not made our mistake – do not waste your time and money if you've been in original quest (Moscow version is older and more more interesting)

We've got our suspicions when operator started his intro into story. We asked the staff whether this quest is similar to Moscow one, but he lied that it is as original as they could make it. Obviously, they were afraid that we would cancel our reservation.

Quite mean of them.

We draw inspiration from video games and all ideas realized in our escape rooms are our own! This particular quest was inspired by stories and games about the legendary Sherlock Holmes whose name is associated with a certain set of items. We have reviewed the video log of your visit and were surprised by your rating as it is clear from the video you enjoyed the whole experience. Also, you forgot to mention that your friends who played with you were fully satisfied with our escape room. Let us add that we will be happy to see you and everyone else in our newest escape room, the Bank Robbery. We are also planning on offering immersive performances with human actors - make sure you don't miss them!

Booked a visit to The Bank Jon with Find Exit via Tripadvisor. Staff member very helpful and informative. Music played to give you added pressure to the game. Photos and videos not allowed but staff member took photo at end and promised to email to us, but we never got it.

The quality of the clues were poor compare to 6 russian escape games we ve been at, the decoration is not impressive at all,-just a normal room. The service didn't meet our expectations. Will not recommend it.

When we arrived we (2 people) didn't feel welcome at all which confused us a bit because in our home country customer service is mostly very good. In Latvia there seems to be big variation between customer servicers.

Game gave you much items that weren't important at the moment. It was pretty lock-heavy room with some nice details and nice theme.

Hosts English was very hard to understand so we didn't understand hints when she gave them to us.

Some of the task (and codes) didn't feel like they were given much thought, some on the other hand were very good. Probably room would work better with three or four people

The room is very well designed. The puzzle is also well articulated. At the end of the game all makes sense and it’s a nice feeling. However the guy that hosts the room might have been more enthusiastic in welcoming us and some sense oh humor would not have distturbed.
