One of the doors leads to museum (only with maps of the main street, nothing else), but you can actually get the spirit of the "three brother" there... See the old fireplace...

The Three Brothers are the oldest medieval dwelling houses in Riga. In the medieval times, Maza Pils Street was located in the outskirts of Riga and craftsmen lived there.

from three different centuries. I haven't seen such a combination anywhere before. Be aware that there are always people, so it's a bit difficult to take "clean" foto.

Three adjoining houses in similar styles have been titled the three brothers. One appears to have been recently re stuccoed and is a bit out of character. In my opinion you will not miss much if you do not see them.

As this was on the list of places to visit whilst in Riga we had to see it. Without a map it is quite difficult to find as it is in a narrow side street. Apart from the 'history' there's nothing much more that one...More

Built 1646 and kept very well. Nice to see that time production well preserved. It was a bit difficut to find as the map suggested it facing the other direction.

we were really disapointed, firstly we could not find anything on the outside of the buildings to say what they were so unless you read up on them before you found them, then you had noway of knowing what peoples were taking pictures off. it...More
