Builded by russian government to support russians in riga, it gives variety of things to watch for local diaspora and foreigners who know russian language, cinema with russian films (that’s couldn’t be found somewhere else in latvia), ballet replays, events for local orthodox diaspora as well as for russian population etc. So if you have less troubles with russian than with latvian, and have enough free time- you can visit this cultural center and maybe find something that impress you
