Amazing experience! Only the inside of the Waterpark was open, but it was more than enough. Many saunas with different humidity and hotness, we are from Finland - home of Sauna, and really enjoyed!

Also many water slides, which were a lot of fun also for adults. Pool bar open all day - beer for 3,50€/0,5L and you could drink it in a jaccuzzi. One outside pool also open for cooling down.

The park seems to be built in the 80's or 90's, so do not expect anything modern. For us it was more than enough and we really had a fun day! Will visit again during summertime, when the outside slides are also open.

Ps. Easy to reach with train! Take the train from Riga to Bulduri! Only 1,5€/person.

We visited the site in the winter and the indoor part was huge. Really cool rides, not for very little kids, but we had a 8 -year old and it was perfect. It wasn't very crowded, but I can imagine it would be on a better time of the year. Some odd things though like the unisex showers and dressing rooms ( they had booths for shyer people). Also we could not find a restaurant, but that wasn't a big deal. We spent there 5 hours and it just was always new things to try out.

It was a pritty cold air temperature, it was not comfortable temperature for aquapark. Should take with you some robe or big towel to warm up.
Pools were normal, water temperature nice.
There are 2 steam sauna and 2 dry saunas.
Dry saunas were not hot, because door went open every ca 3 minute. People were looking for warmth.
Turkish steam sauna was very good.
Food in the bistroo was nice, comforting and various.
Put 3 because air temperature was or is too low for this kind of places.

Total scam! We called beforehand and got the information that the whole park was open, i.e. inside area and outside area. We paid the whole price for 3 hours and once we entered only the outside area was open which is mostly for young children. We immediately went back in to get a refund and were met with a terrible attitude from the staff. First they accused us of lying and when presented with evidence they gave us a form in Latvian (which none of us speaks) to fill out to apply for a refund. Terrible experience, do not give these people your money!

My girlfriend ordered a cocktail and didn’t read the ingredients properly because her Latvian isn’t great, so when we saw the guy putting in ice cream we politely asked him to remake it without it and apologized for the inconvenience and for misreading the ingredients. He asked us for money for the “ wasted” shot of alcohol which cost half of the price of the whole cocktail. It was absolutely atrocious, 0 customer service manners

Werry average for this price! They should think about renovation verry quickly! Air temperature was not comfortable - cold wind blowing from all around. Pretty dirty.
Bistro - awful for this price! Hadn’t been here for a while, but i think i am not coming back at least few years more! We will try Parnu Estonia next time for sure!

Livu Akvaparks was a huge disappointment. The ticket was very expensive and we hoped a lot.
Dressing rooms and showers are for men and women together. Impossible to wash yourself in front of other men... All the attractions were old and the water was cold. Saunas were boring and ugly. No swimming pools at all! Noise was awful. We spent there only an hour and then escaped.

This was the biggest disappointment of the year. Having purchased tickets online through internet banking (using local Swedbank) we expected to use the tickets on the 25th of December. (The tickets were said to be available to use as of 24th of December)
However, we were not allowed to access the Livu Akvaparks facilities due to an amazing reason - they have not received the money. Even though we purchased tickets through a local bank, they are using a different one, and due to bank holidays the payments are delayed. NEVERTHELESS, anywhere in the world, once the money is deducted from your account, and the coupon/tickets are printed, both the client and the organisation have the guarantee that one may access the facilities and the other will receive the funds.
For me and my family this is a huge disappointment, and it was hard to explain to our 7year old daughter that we did not want to purchase ANOTHER 4 tickets for higher prices, which was the only option offered in order to access the facilities.
In my opinion this is a very poor decision by the management and looks like a speculation in order to make more money over the bank holidays. Disgusting. Hopefully I can give these tickets away as a present to someone because I do not want to go back there ever again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

Serviss is terrible. One half is (all inside slides) under reconstruction, there are not any discounts. Ads are not correct and are different at Web site. Information differs.
Terrible.
Sunbeds outside are dirty. Before you open akquapark ataff should check everything.
