What a nice building. Like the bathouse on the beach, this one has seen more days too. The building still seems in good shape, but needs a lof of works on the inside. I wished it would be turned again into the amazing resort it once was... The area around it looks creepy. Everything seems abandoned. It is sad, considering... More

You cannot enter this huge building but you can see it from the outside. It is empty and well deserving of being renovated. It was purchased by an oil billionaire from the Middle East years ago but he did nothing with it. Now it is available again for a discerning real estate speculator.

The building is very impressive and has history, but it needs lots of touch up done to be back to it's rating "excellent"

What a shame that the restoration of this magnificent building was messed up by "wealthy" investors. This was The Resort with the big R back in the days and is still remembered by tens if not hundreds of thousands of people who I guess would love to stay there again. Beautiful building and peaceful surroundings.

If you visit Latvia you must see most magnificent building created in Latvia for last 100 years. Even half abandoned it still was symbol of former wealthiness. Unsinkable shipwreck.

The building reminds a beautiful white ship. It is a part of Kemeri park.

it was first and most beautiful sanatorium building in Jurmala resort town! It has name White Swan! There is great park around it, where you can make a longer strolls, there is also sulfurum mineral water spring (smells yakki, but sort of good for healing purposes)... sanatorium is closed and on the way of its renovation

Thank Aigars S
