About
Club Illusion has been built into a posh building of an ex movie theater called Illusioon on Raatuse street in Tartu, Estonia. The venue was also famous for it's underground cult parties back in '90-s. Illusion is the perfect place to spend a night for a trendy clubber, who digs excellent lighting, awesome sound and quality dance music 3 nights a week. You are all more than welcome to visit us, just expect to behave polite and nice, so that great atmosphere is guaranteed to all of us! Club Illusion has two floors - main room and a cozy balcony with the best Estonian- and worldwide renowned DJ-s performing. We have also live contcerts and MC-s rocking the stage from time to time. The monthly event list is roughly shared by music from pop to alternative: hiphop, r&b, house, retro/classics, dubstep and drum & bass on different nights. So there it is - Club Illusion - stylish, glamorous and kitschy nightclub designed by Jaanis Ilves. His work is awesome - you better see it for yourself! The opening of Club Illusion took place on February 23rd 2006. Welcome and enjoy your stay!

Really nice interior in a historical building. Good layout, music and vibe. Big selection of booze was nice to see. Quality sound and pleasant and playful bar staff.

Every Wednesday is full of people, many Erasmus students and some estonians as well. The pilet with ESN card is free before midnight with facebook attendance. Finally, the drinks are so cheap that day! 1€ per beer and 2€ per cocktail. Never missed a party there.

Bad security guy with bad attidude, unfriendly. Definitely not recommended to go. There are better places, like Maasikas and Vabank.

Illusion is clearly a place intended to be classy and extravagant. The interior resembles a modern luxurious palace with long drapes hanging from the ceiling and throne-like chairs scattered around. This is not a place you go when you're underdressed.
When I visited, Illusion was celebrating its birthday and entry was free as well as some drinks and snacks. On a normal Saturday I reckon one would have to pay as much as 7 euros to get in though! The music was also slightly boring, just the same kind of impersonal club music. I was however greatly impressed by the interior and still think it's worth visiting.
