While everyone knows where this park is few people know anything about the man...maybe he invented some kind of anesthesia because people go to the park to get wasted

It is just a standard monument close to the city old tow. Nothing special, neither information about Pirogov. I was disappointed about lack of biography or any note about him and the reason why this monument stays there.
