Almost outside the tourist office

Modern monument to a famous local writer, in the park almost in front of you as you exit the tourist office on the way to Freedom square. Worth pausing a while to look.

An interesting monument

When visiting a new city other than walking around visiting the number one attractions, we also get intrigued by the cities statues/monuments. This one of Eduard Vilde, a popular writer of Estonian Literature, caught our eye.
