Overall interesting small zoo to visit. But I was unpleasantly surprised by the service. The owners were pretty attentive to the customers before us. But said no word to us at all. No information about animals , no guiding. Just totally ignored us. Based on the reviews of this zoo, I was waiting for at least some attention. Base on the pictures of other customers, they even allowed to touch some snakes. We were only customers most of the time there and were totally ignored. So we felt ourlselves as unwelcomed guests. I think the reason of this ignore is that we were speaking Russian with my daughter, which maybe they are not familiar to or does not want to speak. But I do speak Estonian almost at native level,so I could switch the language easily.

We went here this weekend. I have to say that the place is quite sad. Some animals live in very bad conditions and almost all in far too small conditions (see photo). I left with a sad feeling.. at least I try to get that one Animalian into even better living conditions through some organization myself.

Info at the terraria was only available in Estonian, not even English. Small zoo, could be exciting for smaller kids but maybe a little lame for adults if you’re not a snake enthusiast. The terraria and the floor looked very dirty and I cannot understand how the snakes and reptiles can live a fulfilling life in a small terraria.. there was a woman from whom you could ask questions, but the info could have been presented in English as well.

Nice way to spend stormy Sunday being in Pärnu. Tickets only by cash. Friendly host, little bit talked about the creatures. Cozy and clean. Good visit any age and small labels with little information from where and what they eat... Awesome 👍🙂☀️
