The trip with Andreas was very good. He was incredibly friendly and graceful and provided excellent guidance in a very difficult part of Lithuanian (human) history. Well worth it.

My family and I recently did this tour on our trip to Vilnius. Our guide Andreas picked us up punctually from our hotel. He was very friendly and polite. Firstly we visited the ghetto then on to Paneriai Memorial Park. Andreas gave us lots of information. We have visited several holocaust sites and as always it is a very sobering experience. We then visited Trakai Castle which was very pretty in the winter sunshine. After an hours free time Andreas took us back to the hotel. We were all totally satisfied with the tour and would highly recommend it.

When in Vilnius the KGB museum is a must in order to absorb some of the cities historical culture. Fairly small in comparison to the nazi house of terror in Budapest and Auschwitz however entry its very cheap and luckily for me it was free entry due to a technical issue with tickets. Very educational and with a little imagination you can almost imagine how horrific it must have been when active.

Much more here than I excepted. So much to read and a lot of new info. The KGB prison was aweful but very interesting. The padded room was really scary. Such atrocities. Worth a visit.

Very prompt pickup and smooth ride from Vilnius to Riga and able to visit the Hill of Crosses without hassle on public transport and walking in cold. Rundale Palace also nice and not many tourists due to low season, but both Cafe and Restaurants not opened and no other time to eat lunch at all. Felt a bit rush at Bauska Palace and even though castle was closed for renovations, not able to take exterior view since the visit was rush. Overall good trip and saved a lot of trouble on visiting the spots that locate middle of nowhere between the 2 capitals
