St. John’s church and it’s bell tower and in the heart of the old town and can’t be missed when in Vilnius. You can go up the bell tower for a small fee to get a great view of the city.

The Church of St. John the Baptist & the Evangelist is located on Pilies street and is a part of the Vilnius University Complex. It’s got a Bell Tower beside it which is one among the highest building structures in Old Town.

St Johns Church dates back to 1387 and well before the 16th century university of which it is now part. The current building was built following an 18th century fire and it is now the tallest structure in Old Town. An impressive old building.
