We had an excellent trip starting in Stockholm and ending in Vilnius. Everything was booked and organized for us with ease, thanks to 123Baltic. We got to experience fun ferry rides, and self drove throughout Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. It was so well organized, we were able to take Egidijus's awesome recommendations of places to visit along our drive. We don't typically do 'tours', and this was perfect because he just organized our trip but it had no required times or places to be, we still had our freedom! We also got to meet Egidijus in Vilnius and chat about how our trip had been and had a pleasant time! Thanks 123Baltic and Egidijus, we WILL come back and we HIGHLY recommend using their service to help travelers explore the Baltics tailor made to your preferences and personal wishes.

A friend and I completed a 10 day self drive trip through the Baltic states from Vilnius to Tallinn. 123 Baltic provided us with a hire car and booked the hotels that we required. The hire car was almost brand new and the hotels in all the cities we visited were well located close to the main sites.
Prior to the trip Egidijus was very helpful with providing a suggested itinerary but also incorporating particular sites that we wanted to see. He also met us in Vilnius on the first day to ensure that we were happy with the bookings and to answer any questions we had about the trip.
The Baltic states are extremely interesting to visit and a self guided driving holiday is a great way to see them. I can 100% recommend
123 Baltic as a company to organise this type of trip.

Egidijus from 123Baltic helped us to plan a two person holiday in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania for 17 days. The trip was extremely well planned and we had the opportunity to visit many beautiful and interesting sites in all 3 countries. The hotels booked were also accessible, comfortable and convenient.
Whenever we required assistance, Egidijus was easily contactable, allowing us to make small changes along the way without any hassle. For instance, Egidijus helped us to make arrangements with a local horse riding farm during the trip. The recommendations on additional places to visit, restaurants and tours also made our trip stress free and fun.
All in all, we throughly enjoyed the trip and would recommend 123Baltic's services to anyone looking to visit the Baltic States.

Having Baltic123 organise our 14-day driving tour of the Baltic States was a very good decision, notwithstanding that we had a daughter living in Riga so we could have opted to organise things ourselves.
From the start communication was great. We were able to amend the itinerary to suit starting and finishing in Riga, and to skip the usual days there as we would have had 2 weeks there prior and extend stays elsewhere.
The car was delivered from Vilnius to our apartment in Riga, and collected from there at the end.
All the accomodation arrangements went well, with an eclectic range of properties. Parking and breakfast was included. Recommendations on restaurants were well received.
Most importantly, when we reached out to Egidijus to assist with a very unusual situation, he responded rapidly and put in place arrangements to meet our need. Truely going ‘the extra mile’.
Overall we were very satisfied, not only with the cost but also with how more pleasant our trip was with everything arranged.

We're keen on self-drive tours since they offer a well-considered itinerary and reliable hotel bookings without the "regimentation" of large group tours (eg cruise ships and coach tours). We value our independence and the flexibility that comes with having our own rental car.
The 123Baltic self-drive tour enabled us to visit not just the three capital cities of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, but also we saw some of the countryside and key sites along the road (eg Rundale Palace and Hill of Crosses). And in each city we joined a walking tour of the Old Towns and these gave us an interesting and useful overview. We were fascinated to compare and contrast the three Baltic states, their different languages, social history and cultures (especially religious differences).
Overall we rated this self-drive tour very highly and wish to give special thanks to Egidijus Gedgaudas from the tour company who gave us valuable personal attention before, during and after our tour.

I recently returned from a self-drive tour of the three Baltic States, together with two friends. Egidijus Gedgaudas of 123 Baltic.Travel arranged the hotels, car rental (an excellent, roomy hybrid vehicle) and suggested itineraries for us and he did an excellent job! The mix of 3/4-star hotels with parking, right in the historic centers, was fine and the extensive, delicious buffet breakfasts at each place were a highlight. The entire trip was very reasonably priced. Egidijus was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions during the planning of the trip and always offered useful recommendations. He provided a 24/7 emergency phone number which we fortunately never needed. Even when I had to shorten the trip by one day due to the hurricane affecting air travel to the East Coast of the U.S., he was able to arrange a refund with the hotel for that night, and rapidly and efficiently adjusted transportation to the airport and even arranged with the hotel for a boxed breakfast since my flight departed at 6am. Unexpected highlights of the trip included: Lithuania's Curonian Spit with its beautiful, wide sand beaches and dunes, forests and excellent fish restaurants (it was a little after the tourist season so we almost had the area to ourselves!);Saaremaa Island off the coast of Estonia; Latvia's beautifully restored 18th century Rundale Palace and gardens; and Riga's art nouveau architecture. We did a lot of walking around Vilnius, Kaunas, Riga, and Tallinn and found the cities very interesting, including the remaining Jewish sights. I strongly recommend purchasing the latest edition of the truly excellent Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania guidebook, published by Lonely Planet, which contained walking tour maps, detailed descriptions of the sights as well as the history of the countries, and so much more. All in all, I highly recommend 123Baltic.Travel and Egidijus Gedgaudas who went above and beyond what one would normally expect of a travel agent.

My wife and I did the 13 day trip. Flew to Stockholm and took overnight ferry to Helsinki. Then ferry to Tallinn. Spent balance of the trip driving the Baltics. 123Baltic made all arrangements. All of which were great. Better than if we tried this on our own. Very easy to work with. And responsive to all our questions. Reasonably priced and flexible in planning your trip. Very satisfied with their service. And would use again. Also met with Egidijus, which added to the positive experience. Wish we could find a company like this when we travel independently to other countries.

123Baltic was perfect, and Egidijus Gedgaudas is probably the best travel agent I have ever met (and I've met a few). He was courteus, flexible, and always answered our questions quickly (even on Sundays) and efficiently. We did a 9-day self-drive tour with them, which usually starts in Vilnius and ends in Tallinn, but we wanted to do it the other way around. Egidijus arranged it without any problems. He also sent the rental car to meet us at the harbour in Tallinn (we were coming from Helsinki), instead of the hotel as initially planned. We also got an automatic car. All the hotels he selected were fine, or very fine (we chose the 3-star category tour but two of them were 4-stars) and all of them had excellent locations. The one in Riga was practically next door to Saint Peters Church. All the suggestions they offered for things to do, see and where to eat were excellent, although there were so many that we had to choose sometimes between some of them. I fully recommend 123Baltic (and specially Egidijus) without reservations whatsoever. We got to meet with him in Vilnius in a very nice coffee shop. Lovely person and very good travel agent.

Road trips are definitely our preferred way to travel and we typically plot things out on our own. This was our first time taking advantage of a planned tour and it was excellent. All the benefits of traveling on your own schedule without having to research for lodging. An added bonus were the restaurant and site recommendations. I definitely recommend 123Baltic, very professional and attentive service. Thank you Egidijus!

The tour was well organized, the written information was complete and it was a treat to not be with hordes of tourists. As with every country in the world, there are many amazing things to do, great things to see and nice people to meet. Definitely enjoyable and highly recommended.
