In the middle of beatifull park. Easy to find and good location. Entrance price low. Just a few euros. Nice, clean museum, intresting old things, also other historical things than amber. I recommend.

A period mansion, complete with summer gardens and costumed folk enjoying their promenade. The amber displays are fantastic, and the period rooms now all furnished and beautiful. A gem of a place!

Amazing little Versailles of Lithuania. Gardens are amazing, the palace itself probably the best in the whole country and the museum just super interesting. Plus the ticket is very cheap. So super strongly advised attraction!

The museum is located in the park so my recommendation is to hire a bicycle and ride through till the beautiful white building. There are flowers around and a small lake. This activity will take you approximately 2 hours.

Would say that Amber Museum of Palanga is the perfect location that combines both. Located in Birute's Park, the Amber Museum is hosted in a real Renaissance Palace and surrounded by beautiful gardens designed by a French landscape architect. You could rent a bike and...More

I just loved everything there. Park is really beautiful as well as Palace with amber exposition. It was lovely to see different types of amber and also different techniques of amber arts.

A fantastic collection of amber. Very well displayed. Lots of information. See the Sun Stone- third largest amber in Europe- the size of a volleyball. The museum is situated in the most beautiful park. Make sure you make extra time to walk trough that too!

Housed in a mansion in the midst of a lovely park, the museum has an extraordiary collection of over 30,000 amber artifacts. There's also an explanation of how amber is formed and where it is found.
