Bus numbers 38 and 21 go there from the city centre, taking around 25 minutes. The large tank with marine fish and sharks is one of the biggest in Europe (there is no ‘aquarium’ in the sense of a place with lots of tanks). Feeding times several times a week are advertised. Currently there is a lot of construction going... More

If you are staying in Kaunas, dont even bother going to Mega. Its quite a ride from the centre and at the moment (Sept-Oct 2016) its undergoing a refurbishment. The shopping mall itself is small with very limited number of shops and places to eat. Not bad, but is not worth the attention if you can get to Akropolis.

Mega is a large shopping center, which is being reconstructed.During the reconstruction of the access to it is very difficult. You need to go on various long tunnel, which is still wet.Mega is a trade center where everyone will find their own space.

The main attraction what you see when you enter is a relatively big aquarium. But apart of this shopping centre is not that big, right now there are some constructions and i guess there should be opened some other new shops. The nice thing is that there are many cafes on the second floor, with a variety of cuisines and... More

Normal shopping center with big aquarium with sharks. I don´t understand hype around it. It is smaller than Acropolis and on a bad city corner location where is difficult to get by public transport.

It's a usual shopping center. Most of the entertainment and restaurants are located in the second floor which is really small compared to the first floor, so it's really easy to find it. There is a supermarket and "Senukai" (hardware store or something) which means you can find every store possible.

It's quite far from city centre. Auto bus 3 used to go there back in 2009. Its another mall but is less crowded and has huge aquarium which even had shark in it

One of the better shopping malls in Lithuania, particularly if you are visiting with children. There are playgrounds outside, a fish tank featuring some of the laziest sharks I have ever seen, and a miniature train for children. There is also a good hardware store.

Nothing to do here... better to stroll Kaunas old town or Laisvės avenue. No reason to visit it without reason to buy clothes or other stuff. The only beautiful thing here - big aquarium.

Have been there tvice in one week and still prices were too high to buy anything! The shops should be more orientated to what peoples can afford.
