Great experience! I had really fun trying hoovering in the wind tunnel. I actually don't understand how those trainers do that, because 3 times 2 minutes-long entrance was not enough for me to find the balance and stay more or less at one place, or at least have a feeling that I know what I am actually doing.
Check-in is very smooth. After entering the required information, you wait for your reserved time (that I totally recommend to do in advance). You can have a coffee and watch other people struggling.
You and other mates that have the some reserved time meet at a meeting point where a trainer picks people up. Me and my boyfriend were in a group that was lead by very nice girl. First, she gave us suits for the tunnel that we changed to, then she gave us some instructions how to enter and leave the tunnel, how to maintain the balance, etc.
Each entrance past very fast so I recommend to go for multiple entrance, I would say at least 2. I had 3 entrances and at the end of the last one, I started to really feel mu muscles. It's not so easy for someone not that physically trained.
After the visitors change back to their civil clothes, they have an option to buy pictures and videos from their entrances. As there was no one to take pictures of me when I was in the tunnel, I went for this option. I think this is quite ok deal.

Great fun! Each turn takes 2 mins so it's really short but just being able to fly is amazing! You are with an instructor at all times so it's safe. They also take your picture so you can view it later and buy if you like it.

It was a birthday present so we were both super super super excited for trying out this fun-tastic flying thingy. And it proved to be something well worth getting excited about. Flying itself is an amazing experience. I loved it and I would love to go back and do it more and more often. If it only wouldn't be three hours drive from Bratislava. But also, if only people working there would be more customer friendly.
Starting with the lady at the entrance desk... she barely says anything and keeps interaction to the minimum. I guess a smile would be too much to ask.
The instructor was a bit better but far from what I would expect him to be. He was very routinely. It all felt as if they were looking forward to have us off their back so that they can go and have fun of their own.
There were some people in our group that could not get a full grip of the flying. An instructor started making inapropriate non-verbal remarks about the person to another instructor observing us.
And then, at the end, you can chose pictures to have as a memory. Working in the media industry I reserve the right to bluntly say - pictures sucked. Ok, it's hard to take it when you have people (most of the time uncontrolably) flying around. But then, you just coordinate better with the instructor inside. Or take more. Or figure out something else. Like, providing a short video clip. (Dear Hurricane Factory, you can hire me to help you figure out this one.)
But even worse than having to choose the least bad picture is them charging for it! The experience itself is not that cheap. But then to charge aditionally 2 euros for a picture you get e-mailed and thus they have no additional costs with... that is simply a rip off.
Once again, flying is awesome. I felt safe, we had fun, and I would go and do it again.
But service needs some serious rethinking to avoid leaving people with a bitter aftertaste.

Some issues you mentioned very are helpful for me. We improvise our staff approach and processes.
Regarding Foto/video system. Yes you right it's hard to take good one shoot. Also next month we going to have new software for it. I will help too.

Birthday present is nice idea. Interesting experience for children and adults. You spend min. 1,5 hour there. Nice view to Low and Western Tatras. Kind people.

This is just great fun! Staff are very friendly and really skillful. Suitable for all ages, no experience needed. The photos afterward are very cheap as well.

Great experience and fantastic practice if you are afraid to dive from airplane! Safe but intense. The instructors are very good and they are the key for the best experience. Equipment very clean!

We took the 3 minute flight and it was really fun.
The instructor was very friendly and spoke fluent english.
The only disappointing part is the pictures issue. Even though you pay quite a sum for the experience, they still charge you 2 euros for each photo that will be sent to you by mail!
Really?! You are not even printing them!
Note that if you go to the Tatralandia aqua park, keep the entry recipt as it should grant you a 30% discount in the hurricane factory.

My teenager sun was ready to be there more and more, but it cost fortune per minute.
We told that it's the cheapest hurricane factory.
The flight guide was very friendly and good with excellent English.

Amazing experience, I loved it and had so much fun:)
I got it as a gift for my birthday and to be honest I didn't know what to expect. I was bit nervous but our instructor put everyone at ease and made it a lot of fun.
The whole team is very welcoming, but my big thanks go to my instructor Peter, real professional,who loves his job and made sure i relaxed and enjoyed myself.
Now go and try it for yourself!!

Kids can fly from 5 y old. If they have a courage, they can allow from 4 y.
For first tie I recommend 4 mins of flying.
All experience including registration, dressing, flying takes from 1 to 1,5 hours.
We are looking forward to see you.
