The place is a good alternative for skies (for one day). There are sooo many children and there are quite few pools inside (we were in January). If you don't have kids - you will be bored so you need to buy additional hours in the Sauna Zone (16 euros per person). Sauna Zone was fine and there are different kinds of saunas.
If you don't have kids, 4 hours there will be fine.
The possibility to exchange one day in ski pass for one day in Tatralandia is very good for tourists.

We spent 9 hours there with kids but we did not see everything, so huge amount of water slides was amazing and time run out. I have to mention also lot of excellent refreshments and restaurants. Really good place!

Great place to visit. Warm indoor pools are nice, but the outdoor thermal pools, the water slides and the sauna experience all make for a special visit. Kids can get into the sauna rooms and the outdoor pools are roasting. There's also a climbing wall for the kids near the pool. The cafe isn't bad either. Only complaint is a lack of gluten free options, but otherwise, really good spot.

The place is overcrowded, we did not have a free chair to sit down! Very small lockers! Men and women both have the same changing room. The only thing which worth it is the sauna, for which you have to pay extra. Even though there is a voucher for the sauna entrance in the gopass ticket, NOONE explains or knows how it works).
No hospitality, no one speaks english and the staff is unfriendly.
We had a multi day gopass card and wanted to change one day for tatralandia(which was said is possible when we bought the gopass tickets ). They also say on their website to book your stay in advance, but NOWHERE on the site is possible to exchange a ski day to aqua ticket, NOONE speaks english, the international helpline is not in english either. After 40 minutes of waiting in line at the info center , we finally changed our tickets and get in. Even though we had 1000 points on the card and in our gopass account a voucher to change 300 points for a sauna entrance, they said we cannot use them. ( with no explanation).

The place from the inside is okay, HOWEVER not even one single employee of the place speaks English! How is this possible? You get inside and there is no sign of how to exchange your daily gopass from skiing to a day in Tatralandia. If you ask anyone they cannot speak English! We had to wait in a huge line just for the cashier to say “for gopass card change -> infopoint”. Besides the fact that they do not speak English, there is not even one bit of hospitality in them. Anyways if you go inside it is too crowded, not enough chair. The only thing worth it is the sauna, for which by the way you have to pay extra...

very good aquapark, our son love it there. minus is only price for foods and drinks. its horrible. we were there during covid restrictions ( only 50% occupied of aquapark) and this was great, because there weren't a lot of people. we had not to wait for nothing.

Tatralandia is a crazy place for active peoples. There are the activities for adrenaline or just for relax. Huge place with enough sunbeds, no problem to find some free. Sometimes you need to wait few minutes for some atraction but its like everywhere. Big minus - the price of food and beverages, but that's a Slovakian typical biznis.

nice Aquapark with clean equipment, different pools, in winter time its amazing time in outdoor pool. You could spend there either the entire day(there is an indoor restaurant), or just relax during the evening, apes skiing.

I have to say, I should be grateful that anyone in Slovakia came up with idea of having bigger aquapark then one pool, two slides, and hot water in the showers. But you have to know how to do it.

Don't bother trying to get nice parking place, go as far as possible, where you will end up anyway, it will save some time.

We were waiting from 10am till 10:45 to get to the cash desk (6 out of 20 were open on a nice sunny day). If you have your Gopass card and you wanna save (up to 3€! p.p., the place isn't the cheapest, you should be thankful), you better be sure you have also your passport with you, otherwise it may happen that you'll be sent back to your (pretty far parked) car, (which won't make Polish family standing in the line behind you very happy).

After you get you and your family in, run for your life, lockers are limited (because of capacity and because of damage).

You better bring a pair of flip-flops, the ground in closed area is burning in summer!

Outside are nice deck-chairs... :D You thought you would take one? Did you? Ha! :D Occupied. All of them! (My aunt had a problem and couldn't enter the water on that day, So at least I wanted to bring her one... I had to wait for an elderly couple to leave their place and steal one! I did feel bad but, I've left them the other one).

Slides are amazing you can see that that's gonna be potentially fun. Yes, only potential. How come? Most of them need floating device (which I prefer) to be used, each one has no more then 4 of them! So you wait in the line to get one, you slide down and you pass it again. Sounds quite Ok, but we wouldn't be Slovaks if we wouldn't want to f*** the system. Mommy stays in the line for Boomerang, daddy for Trio while two kids are in the pool across the whole area. Mommy takes the floatie and starts to look for the kids, meanwhile daddy gets the next floatie. From 4 there is only 3 now for next 10-15 minutes in circulation and it happens that noone is actually using the slide and 30 people are waiting in the line.

Starting to get hungry? Too late! You should have known it's gonna come. The line is moving slow.

The atmosphere of the place itself is nice but still, the beautiful view of High Tatras I didn't realize at all. No slides are built with the view towards them.

Dear Tatralandia, you claim to have 14 pools. I have peed in 1, guess which one. Your unsatisfied customer.

We were traveling to Zakopane but the weather was terrible so decided to visit all the castles and swimming pools around. Tatralandia is a very good place for children and adulds, lots of pools, water is 32-40 C, children can enter most of tubes if they are 1.20 m tall. Attention: do not loose your “clock”, penalty is 70 eur. No family tickets. Works till 21:00 but food restaurants are open till 17:00. The only thing I did not put 5* is customer servise, ladies is a cash desk do not care about it!!! A lady with a name Kubica was trying to explain something about my credit card (in slovakian of course) and I asked “do you speak english?” The answer was NO ENGLISH!!!!!!!!
