Beautiful Cathedral right in the town center of Kosice, this historic landmark and beautiful colorful roof similar to that of st Stephensons cathedral in Vienna only smaller scale. Also look out to the chiming bells in the park and fountain area near by.

Cathedral is beautiful , especially from outside. During night illuminated by lights, unfortunatelly lights were switched on rather late because about 21 30 when was abosolutelly dark. Inside is ok but it is not so colourful . Inside famous Cross from 14th century.

Shame I couldn't see the inside properly, as it was Sunday afternoon and the cathedral was packed for Mass, but the outside, campanile and nearby chapel are a splendid ensemble.

Delightful tower, so many steps, beautiful bell at the top. Delightful! Steeped in history and so in keeping with Kosice's unique ambience

But this is really big and cool on the outside. In the middle of the street. Kind of gothic?! And you can climb one of the towers for 2 euro. It is worth! Very narrow stairs. Feels like it might collapse any day. But what do I know about Slovakian construction safety?! Nothing.

This is a beautiful place both day and night. A must see on a visit. Visitors can go to the top of the tower and look out.

Must see in Kosice visit. Don't forget to go cathedral tower by narrow stairs. It is good exercise after heavy lunch. During sunny Saturdays possible to see a lot of weddings.

Magnificent cathedral in the middle of the city, full of beautiful stone details and amazing pillars. Includes tomb of Ferenc Rakoczi (this is not free of charge), and northern lookout tower.

I've been living and working in Kosice and the cathedral is a beautiful place to visit on the main town walking street, called the Hlavna. They recently did some cleaning and its really looking great.
