Another of the several local historically significant structures to see as part of the Hlavna pedestrian zone in Kosice. Grab a guide book at the nearby tourist info office for the history of this and other sites in this area, which is well worth the...More

One of the landmarks of Kosice but it was always closed when I passed by. A nice-looking tower with some gravestones in the walls surrounding the base. Nearby is the old bell that fell down some years ago and makes a good foreground if photographing...More

We opted not to go in, but I enjoyed taking photos of the tower. Around the bottom are really old gravestones, some from the Roman Empire!

St. Urban’s Tower is a must. There is a museum inside of the St. Urban’s Tower but there is a problem with opening times.

Next to St. Elizabeth's Cathedral, St. Urban;s Tower is in the center of town. There are no cars as the area is pedestrians only. So you can spend prime time in the area.

There s a wax museum inside. Tower lies next to the Dome, in the very centre of the city, so you cant miss it.

It is not possible to get in. No opening hours, no information. Only information about support from EU. Project probably has ended and the tower was closed.

Worth to walk in. Bit dark inside but you wont get lost :). You wont spend there more than half an hour but worth to see it. Also nice walk around and in front of it one of the massive bell.
