Walking tour operated by Flora tours in Bratislava was useful to learn about history and important landmarks in the city precinct. Our guide Max was very clear in his presentation and took us through alleys to the important sites explaining hidden details. This helped us to notice many things that we would have overlooked otherwise. We had time to ask questions and his responses enlightened us. Max was very polite and took care of our needs and was attentive to our wellbeing during the walking tour. He met us at the bus stand when we arrived from Vienna and after a short briefing he set off on the task. The tour was made very comfortable, there was good time management and gave us necessary instructions to get back in time to the pier for the return journey by “The twin city liner” to Vienna.

Tour organised on twin city liner hydrofoil. Bus tour great intro to city showing highlights. But walk from castle down to Old Town with Ivan was very special. His English is very good and knowledge of history, culture and politics make for a very interesting invite into a place with a complicated history of influences having multilptimpact on Slovakia and bratislava.youcan.learn a lot from this walking tour with Ivan

I took the boat from Bratislava to Vienna. It’s a great ride. The boat really goes fast. Make sure to get a window seat. I didn’t but got lucky. Also standing on the back is fun but you get wet. This is a fun thing to do.

I went to the "Special Christmas Walking Tour" and I have to say is the worst tour I have ever been. it's dual German/English and is mostly in German, 90% in German and a bit resume in English and just if you are next to the guide if not he doesn't make the effort to explain anything. a shy person who was just walking and pointing to the buildings "this is x building" no history at all. call it special xmas tour I was expecting more info about traditions and a walk through all the markets but no, 1h30min for 15€, the worst deal ever, oh wait! a free mulled wine at the end... is not worth it!

On a very rainy day in Bratislava I booked a tour in the old town in a small train via Floratown. They suggestief a tour in an old classic car because I would be able to see more of the city. For me that was fine since I had only that day. I could not find the office and I was getting very wet. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The gave me an umbrella and a ticket for the old town tour in the small train. Since I had to wait for an hour they gave me advice where to go for a good and not so expensive coffee and the best place for cake and gateau. I could call them if there was no place on the tour and they would help me further. Fortunately everything went well and I was able to make the tour. Not only do you see parts of old town and the castle but you leave with a lot of information on the history of Bratislava. So I would like to recommend Floratour for they are so nice and helpfull.

We have taken many tours in many cities, but this one stands out in the narrative and explanations on the headphones you get - in great detail it is explained what you see and how it relates to bratislava's history. The tour took only about a hour or so but was very well worth it! Absolutely recommendable.

Floratours were very helpful and booked us onto a wine tasting tour at the Museum of Viticulture in Bratislava - all the communication via email was very good and they answered all our questions about the tours available. We chose a wine tasting tour and it was excellent.

My girlfriend and I had a few questions about how to travel by boat from Bratislava to Vienna, therefore we approached Flora Tour’s service desk by the dock. Before we knew it, we had information about departure dates, times, seatings, prices and all the necessities, as well as help with booking and a private phone number to reach Adriana (Flora Tour Employee) in case of anything.
She went out of her way to provide excellent service, taken into consideration that she spent almost 45 minutes with us to help us find - not only the best restaurants in town - but even the best ice cream!

A couple days later we were having a technical issue with their homepage when attempting to book a reservation. I explained the problem via e-mail, way past opening hours, and received an answer with the booking already the next morning - before opening hours.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Flora Tour (sk).

Me and my partner went there to look for cruises on Danube. Unfortunately there were no more cruises that day. However we met a lovely sales and marketing manager Adriana Kissova who personaly helped us to plan our tour that day so that we manage to see everything we want (and more!) and at the best time. Our trip plan was ready in a blink of an eye and it couldn't be any better. If you want to make sure that your day in Bratislava goes without unwanted suprises this is the first place you go to!

We booked this tour after learning about it on the Vienna - Bratislava hydrofoil. The ‘old’ bus was driven around at a nice slow pace and the headphone commentary was detailed enough to give a good overview of the city history
