We enjoyed walking the Old Town of Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. The tower was built arount 1370 with the City Hall being the oldest in the country.

The charming Old Town Hall was created in the 15th century by combining a number of residential houses. At the turn of the 16th and 17th centuries, it was rebuilt in the Renaissance style. In the 18th century, its much older corner tower was remodeled...More

We really liked our walk to the old town. Walking and taking photos with our friends. You can find coffee shops, small restaurants and souvenirs shops.

The old town hall is a bit of a landmark building, now used as the City Museum. It's a mix of Gothic and Renaissance exterior, and a Renaissance and Italian style courtyard. The part facing the main square has some colourful tiles on the lower...More

The town hall is one of the main attractions of the old town. It's pretty typical but worth swinging by.

Great town, with lots of fantastic architecture, shops, bars and cafes, it truly is like stepping back in time with its charm and casual atmosphere, a perfect way to spend a sunny afternoon and early evening.

Pay and see the museum... Then go up the Tower for a wonderful view over the city. Take a jacket! (Very many stairs so not suitable for the infirm.)

The best part of this place is definitely the views from the bell tower. It's only a few dollars admission and not a super high climb, well worth the views from the top.

The best aspect for me was the view from the tower over the main square. The exhibits and explanations in English, plus the audio guide, were adequate, presenting a mishmash of local history. Yet, there was little continuity between sections and the contemporary period was...More

Visited this hall while we were in old town square. Beautiful architect. Could't go up to the tower. Worth the visit. Great historical place.

I don't recall exactly, but it wasn't very much. I think it was about $10USD for two adults.
