Nice to see

All the statues there give you a taste of history and make you want to go back, just for the walks and the nice feeling you get from this amazing place.

The inner space of this square itself is nothing special. However, there are interesting historical buildings and shops around and near. The square is also a good point for having a short rest during sightseeing.

Cute square with some attractions as Roland's fountain or funny statue of Napoleon. Surrounded by beautiful buildings in heard of old town close to good restaurants or pubs. In winter with beautiful Christmas market to drink hot wine or traditional market specialities to eat.

It's a good place to see some famous statues and fountains in Bratislava. It's also a place to slow down, take it easy and drink some coffee, beer etc., or to eat a lunch/dinner or only an ice cream. You can relax and just watch many people passing by.

I only caught a couple of the statues in the square and the surrounding buildings were just picturesque. Wasn't sure what to expect to see in Old Town Bratislava but certainly enjoyed what I saw!

This very cute & unusual artwork has a couple of different versions as to why it's there but whichever is the correct one doesn't matter as it's quite a fun tourist attraction.

This is one of the main squares in the city with several restaurants and shops surrounding it. Much more quiet and peaceful in comparison to Prague or Budapest. Nice place to visit.

I was surprised how spacious and uncrowded this square was with neither a church taking up a portion of its space as sometimes happens in town squares nor market stalls selling fruits, vegetables, and souvenirs. The attractions we were interested in seeing - the old city hall and Primate's Palace - were on one side of the square. From that... More
