we rented a minibus for 16 family persons for 5 days , mainly in slovakia. that was a private tour planned by us. our driver was Vladimir. he is a prefect driver, perfect person and helped us a lot during our tour. he advised us about our plan to be better. his kindness and his wlliingness to serve us was beyond expectations. he became a friend of us. about the company: the bus was clean, full of garbage sacks and drinking glasses and all what a person needs during a tour, and very comfortable. thanks a lot Fero ,thank you Vladimir - we will remember this trip with you for long time.

We had a wonderful family trip in Central Europe for 2 weeks, and our group of 8 includes one senior in wheelchair. Directbus provided a spacious Sprinter minibus and smooth ride accommodating our customized itineraries, which gave us so much convenience and peace of mind and removed lots of logistics hassles along the way. We booked a tour through southern Germany and Switzerland, and were very pleased with Directbus. Our driver Michal was the best! Very professional, very helpful and very accommodating when things did not quite go as planned (our fault, not his) or when we needed to make adjustments to our schedule. A travel agent suggested we use trains and public transportation for the trip, unaware of the services that Directbus offered. I am so glad we did not follow the travel agent's advice, and would definitely recommend Directbus to anyone, as we did not have to rely on train schedules and could instead be taken directly to our destinations with no hassle.

We had hired Mercedese Bus from Comapny for visit to Croatia, Vienna, Prague, Budepest. Our driver Vladimir Vlado of gem of person. Helped lot during sightseeing, was flexible and wonderful person.

We had an outstanding experience with Directbus! The driver was friendly, punctual, and gave great advice. The company had excellent communications from the first time I contacted them. I was in contact with Fero for 1 1/2 years before beginning this journey and he was an ABSOLUTE treasure! This company is great! Prior to our rental, it was easy to work with Fero to set things up. Our driver, Michal, was terrific and very personable. He was also easy to work with, always on time, very helpful in planning pick-up and drop-off points, and a safe and conscientious driver. The bus was very nice and clean. The space in front of the seats is limited and a little tight for people over 6 feet tall. Fortunately not every seat was taken so the two tall people in our group could take two seats and sit sideways. Other than the spacing issue the Mercedes Sprinter was very comfortable.

It was our second time among siblings to go on a bus tour this time in Eastern Europe using Direct Bus. Michael, the main driver, picked us up in Dubrovnik then drove us to Medjugorje, Split, Zagreb, Ljubljana and Budapest, then 2 more drivers drove us from Budapest and Vienna. It was a 15-day tour. At the start of our tour, we were pleasantly surprised to see the bus that was assigned to us was a brand-new Mercedes Benz 20-seater van. The bus was fully air conditioned, clean and comfortable seats. Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful and drove us safely throughout. We were also pleased to meet Csaba who drove us last year for a major part of our trip, who was able to drive us for a few days in Budapest. And finally, Ferro drove us safely until our last leg to Vienna. Overall, we had a great time. It was yet again a fantastic and enjoyable experience.
