Lots of fine restaurants, great view, a nice place for a walk. Also worth to visit the 800 year little chapel. The tourist city train and the small bus go there.

A nice walk from Heviz centre, it took about half an hour, I think you can also get a ride up on the tourist train that circles the town. There is one Road with lots of small vineyards and restaurants and places to buy wine. The problem was we went too early, go in the afternoon as nothing was open when we went at about 11am. Still a nice walk though with views over the hills and a small church at the end of the road which was very pretty.

It's definitely worth going there, amazing nature and many good restaurants. It's a bit far from the centre, the walk there took about 30minutes but on the way back we paid for a tourist train 500Fts and it took us back to the centre in about 5 minutes :)

We were taken by our private guide. There is a series of small wineries and restuarants on Zrinyi u. road Heviz about 15 minutes walking or 5 minutes driving from Hotel Sante.

I noticed another person mentioned it in a Hotel Sante review.

It is almost a mile long walk with lots of cute rustic houses with underground wine cellars and most wines sold in clear unmarked plastic bottles straight fro the Casks. Lots of neat little homestyle restaurants. Setting is high on a hill with great views.

Lots of official signs set up explaining the area. Mix of locals and tourist 50-50.

I have great photos that show the various winery's and views.

I would like to inculde pictures
