Columbo, played by Peter Falk, had a Hungarian mother hence his statue in Budapest (the city does like a statue). Also present is his basset hound ‘Dog”.

It is just a small size statue close to the Parliament at the end of Falk Miksa Street. It is just OK, nothing special.

If you are planning on visiting the Parliament building you will only be a short walk from Columbo’s Statue. Take Falk Miksa u heading towards Margaret Island and at the junction of the main road you will find Columbo himself. Oh, and “just one more thing” after your visit if
