About
Enigma mission is an exciting adventure game for teams of 2-6 members, in which you can test your team’s smartness, logical skills and suitability in a form of a 90-minute-long mission. The aim of the game is obtaining the secret object and getting out of the building. In order to be successful, you should cooperate with each other as a team and collect minor pieces of information by paying attention to details. Before the game you will watch a short introductory video in which the principal itself will present the details of the mission and its background. During the mission in order to get forward, Alexandra - the operator genious - provides continuous verbal support and she warns about the potential difficulties as well. Unlike in many other similar games, the essence of our game is not just unlocking padlocks and searching for objects without real purpose.

Well thought out game. We loved it so much that we went back the next day to do a second game at the same place, the flux room (not currently advertised in English)

We played the Enigma-room as a team of four. Our team has played many rooms before. Enigma stands out not so much for the decoration or story but for the creative and challenging puzzles, some of which we had never seen anywhere else. What we particularly liked was the fact that you get very good feedback once a task has been solved. Enigma is very high up on our list of the best escape rooms in Budapest.

My group of 3 did the 2 escape rooms ‘Enigma’ and ‘Flux’. They were very fun and unique and I hadn’t seen puzzles like it before. Our host Dávid Simon was incredibly nice and very helpful. All the puzzles were built by him and his friend and it was clear from the attention to detail that so much effort was put in, felt like way more people had worked on it than just these two. The laser maze was especially thrilling. I highly recommend these rooms to groups of anyone interested in unique escape rooms.

We competed both Enigma and Flux as a 4 player team. We have done many escape rooms before and thoroughly enjoyed these rooms. They had some unique features which we hadn't come across before in other rooms and the rooms were so vast which really added to the fun! Would definitely recommend!

While being on vacation in Budapest, we (group of 3) first played the Enigma room upon the recommendation of a friend. Not being able to speak Hungarian is by no means an obstacle because everything is feasibly outlined in English as well. The riddles are cleverly designed, very team-oriented and inventive.

We had so much fun that we came again two days later to play the Flux room. Again, we were impresssed.

We can only strongly recommend this activity! It will be a joy for both experienced escape gamers as well as newbies. All the best for this young company!

Along with my friends we have done Enigma and Flux. Both rooms are incredible and belong in our top 3 favourite escape rooms so far.
Both rooms included puzzles we hadn't seen before. The concepts were well thought out.
The GM was very nice and explained everything very well.
It's a bit out of the centre of Budapest, but definitely worth the travel.
Absolutely recommend both of the rooms!

Visited as a group of 6 relatively experienced escape room visitors (30-75 rooms each) who ended up doing 10+ rooms in Budapest, and all of us were raving about this one. We did it as a 6, which was probably a bit much, especially for an experienced group, but I wouldn't advise doing this with fewer than 3...4-5 probably optimal. Some unique puzzles and a couple of "wow" moments, and the sheer scale of the venue sets it apart from a lot of other escape rooms. Definitely worth the taxi fare out of the centre to do this one.

Enigma mission is fantastic and definitely worth traveling a little further out of the centre of the city. We did several rooms in Budapest and it was by far the best one and should be a priority if you are looking to do an ER in Budapest.

It's 6 rooms and you get 90 minutes, the puzzles are the most original and varied I have come across and you can tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into creating the experience.

I think Enigma could benefit from some better set design e.g. atmospheric lighting, more props/decoration, some sound effects. This would create a more immersive atmosphere for the player. I also think there could be a bit of a stronger 'storyline'. The mission is to steal the Enigma but we aren't told what the Enigma is, or why we are stealing it etc. Not a big deal but again would add to the atmopshere.

And of course the puzzles are the most important thing, and the best puzzles are definitely found at Enigma.
