We tried three rooms already and we were satisfied with all. We had many escape games before, however we could still meet with new ideas.
Staff was really kind and helpful. If you like escape games, we wpuld definatly recommend this place!

It might be a little way out of central Budapest but is well worth the journey to get there- this was our first escape experience and the rooms were just amazing. They're rated by difficulty. Foolishly, my friend booked the hardest one for the two of us!
Really enjoyed it and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who enjoys lateral thinking and used to watch the crystal maze!

We've had loads of fun with our friends there. Cool athmosphere, smart design and a bright escape game! Definitely one of the best exit rooms Budapest might offer.

This was our second visit to the Hungarian capital and decided to once again undertake an escape game.
Plus: Location and set-up
Not so good: Little linkages between clues making the experience a poor one
1 out of the 2 games was difficult beyond belief with little to no linkages. Apparently only 30% completion rate, which was even surprising to hear! Too much useless noise inside one room too. Also, the door inside was left open accidentally which meant we already discovered something without having to go through it logically and to our disadvantage.
Went to a different place the previous year, and although the location was not as good, the way the games were set-up were much better with better linkages and more logic to them.
Needs some work this one!

It was a challenging brain exercise, we left hiped-up. We tried the Agatha Christie Room but we intend to try more. Interesting athmosphere in the deserted buildings of the formerly prosperous Csepel Művek. I recommend it to all (if they can provide an English speaking facilitator, it probably works well in English as well.)

I was visiting Budapest with my friends and we had some time to kill so we decided to visit Trap factory since we heard so much about it. It was our first time doing roomescape games and it was amazing! Rooms were pretty challenging but we had a lot of fun. I would certainly recommend this to anyone in search of fun!

I have been spending a couple of days in Budapest with my buddies and as most of us are adventure games enthusiasts, we decided to try the trap factory we heard so much about. It's the biggest one in Europe and you can choose between 6 different settings/stories. We played the prison break one and had so much fun doing it. The puzzles weren't that easy and we really took some time to wrap our heads around some of them. The atmosphere was really unique and authentic too, I think that we really got our money's worth. I highly recommend the trap factory and I'm look forward to trying out the other games the next time I visit Budapest.

Because everything in your life needs to happen for the very first time, my experience with escape room started in the hub and "place of birth" of live escaping - in Budapest, Hungary.
I must say, the atmosphere there is pretty cool. Old factory, conference room and extra room with skill games on the ground floor, escape rooms underground (built as an fallout shelter in the past) + professional staff members makes this place ideal for spending some time when bored of the city downtown, or in case of bad weather conditions.
You get 60 min to escape the room. It´s up to you select which one would you like to try, you can select from 6 rooms / 6 different stories. Honestly, I mean without hints from the staff or without hours of experience in other escape rooms, it´s impossible to make it by yourself. Definitely very nice challenge for your intuition to find all the right keys and make work them together to achieve opening the door.
Visit as friends, or good option for corporate events. In 6 escape rooms and practicing your skills in another room they can easily accommodate 30-40 people at once.
Thank you once again for a great time!

I have been to a few escape rooms but Trap factory was definitely the most interesting, most challenging and most fun! It is the biggest in Europe and has 6 rooms. My friends and I tried 2 rooms and have to say it was not easy to escape like in some other places I have played. The stuff was very friendly and the hole place is unique, you should definitely try it!
