A big fairly new mall in the middle of Budapest near Keleti Palyaudvar. IT offers all you need, we come here for the big Tesco, Nespresso, to the cinemas, Clair s, the toy shops, Mediamart and the American food shop. They also have Estee Lauder, Douglas if you need parfumes. I used to do my nails here but the Nail Point was stopped and no replacement vendor. Something management should consider, to do our nails when we go shopping for many of us a must. Last we were there in Dec 2022 with family, strangely two of the toilet entrances on both floors were sealed off and completely closed, only the handycap one open with huge queue. I understand sometimes there is a pipe break but to close the toilets in a big mall for almost half a day is no good maintenance, should have been repaired as an emergency! Both shoppers and people who work there were very angry, families with children etc especially in a peak time before Christmas!

The arena mall is big and located near the Keleti Train Terminal. You can find there almost anything you need.
Don't change money there the change in the mall charges commission.

I would say one thing that Budapest lacks is good shopping. Don't expect all the shops you would find in cities like Vienna, Edinburgh and Seville. So if you are a little sad about the few shops available in the centre, you can head to Arena Mall. Is not the biggest mall but it definitely has more choice. It's open on a Sunday and is perfect for a cold or rainy day. With the tram you will arrive in no time, just use google maps. @lessiaestil

We went here on a rainy saturday, and the day before we where in the West End City Center, and this is much better. More top brands, and more shops with nice clothes. Its very easy to get here, both buses and metro is almost next door. We spent 6 hours here, including lunch time. My recommendations here is: Peek & Cloppenburg & Sportdirect. Check these shops, we did some good bargains.
If I ever come to Budapest, I will go here again. But you should be aware that it was january sale when we where here.

I loved shopping at Arena Plaza to an extent that I returned the very next day. Working hours are till 9pm, plan accordingly. Shops like Desigual, Zara, Stradivarius, Bershka, Mango, Adidas, Michael Kors, Claires, Havaianas, Shoes office, and many more! If you are on the hop on hop off bus, get off stop 12 red line, it's a 10 minute walk from the stop.

Having visited the West End Mall a number of times we decided to try something different and had a 45 minute walk to Arena Plaza. It is bigger than West End, a lot newer, with a lot more space though most of it is wasted.

Apart from a large Tesco anchor store and Peek & Cloppenberg there is very little here that you won't find at the West End Mall. Certainly been in better shopping malls in Eastern Europe and was seriously underwhelmed.

We enjoy shopping at this facility finding it extremely "user friendly". The internal design and vast variety of shops, restaurants, supermarket and other, enables us, when we visit from our house in district 5, to one place shop with ease and comfort.

Kentucky fried chicken food was a safe choice and one of our most popular comfort food after a long, hard day's walk.
Very disappointed with the hard to understand menu and mostly the food itself. It's not hard to follow a worldwide production franchise is it? Foods burnt, dry or undercooked!

It’s a huge mall where you do all your shopping with very reasonable price. In my opinion it’s best of all malls.

Arena plaza is away from the city center and I spotted few few tourist. Much less crowded. Generally the prices were good. A big shoe store (at ground level ) was especially very good. Nice cafes.
