Fantastic Tour with great guides

We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 older teenagers). We booked the tour knowing it was going to be cold (it is February after all) but we were supplied with blankets and a pit stop half way for hot chocolate. We had 2 Tuk Tuk’s and our drivers/guides Tom and Peter were fabulous. They were informative and funny. I cannot rate this trip highly enough. Well worth doing as you get to the sites the big tour buses can’t

Perfect to see city

Big thank you to Gabor for a great tour, weather was rubbish but we saw all the main sights and got our barings to city, Gabor kept us dry and warm and was full of energy and enthusiasm. Being able to dart about in traffic meant we kept moving well. The tour includes a 70 min boat cruise which was just amazing.

The perfect private tour of Budapest Hungary

We had a delightful time with Peter. He took us all over the city. His explanations were thorough, interesting and lively. We learned about the history of Budapest as well as Hungary itself, and about the culture and lifestyle of the people of this city. Peter listened to our interests and wishes and specifically tailored our tour to us. We both have bad knees, and he was kind and stopped many times for us to stretch our legs and helped us in and out of the Tuk Tuk. It was an exceptional way for us to get a good sense of the city without walking extensively. We would highly recommend a Tuk Tuk tour and specifically our tour guide, Peter Geosits!

Terrific Tuk tuk experience!! Peter G was a great guide!

Our Tuk Tuk driver, Peter was fantastic! He made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. He started by asking us what we had seen and then sculpted the tour for the area and sights we had not seen yet. He also stopped along the way to allow us to take pictures, stretch our legs a bit (so as to not miss key panoramic views) and to focus on the conversation. On top of that he was an excellent driver in the challenging city traffic.

Breathtaking views of Budapest!

We had an amazing experience exploring the city of Budapest! Our guide Robert was very personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable on the history of the city. He provided us with picturesque views of Parliament, the Danube River and so much more. Highly recommend this tour!

Great way to see a LOT of Budapest!

On Aug. 24th our last day in Budapest we asked our Viking Representative to see if he could get us scheduled for a TukTuk Tour. He called and was able to get us in at 3:30. We were so happy because we'd heard such good things about Budapest Tuk Tuk. our guide ROBERTO asked us where and what we'd seen already so we wouldn't see the same things again. we talked about options and came up with a plan. Roberto was born in and is a resident of Budapest. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and speaks fluent English. We were taken to spots with incredible views that our larger Viking tour busses wouldn't be able to access along with routes through affluent and the less improved areas as well. We finished our tour at a RUIN Bar in the Jewish District called Szimpla Kertmozi which means simple garden. Words can't explain how unique and eclectic this place is. Every room is painted, graffitied and staged. Every room is more the previous room. I highly recommend Budapest Tuk Tuk Tours and especially ROBERTO! Sorry I wasn't able to include photos but Google has some.

Excellent!

Our guide Roberto met us outside our hotel on time and we were quickly on our way to see all the highlights of Budapest. We had the absolute best time today. We were given a lot of history on Budapest, WWII and all the sights we saw along the way. Roberto was so kind and knowledgeable. We were able to have a quick break to grab breakfast at the ruin bar market which was a very cool and interesting location to explore. We also finished the day off with a quick stop to try the best Chimney cakes and they did not disappoint. My personal favourite part was visiting the Shoes on the Danube. This was honestly the best experience and a wonderful end to our 2 week holiday. I cannot recommend this tour more highly as you get to see the whole city in a few hours; much more than we would have seen on our own. We’re forever grateful for the experience we had today and the knowledge of Budapest we will depart with. Thank you, Roberto for a fantastic time!

A quick and enjoyable tour!

We were a group of 8 friends and were looking for a tour in Budapest on the 1st day in the new year… it was very convenient choice given then weather was cold, they had blankets and they were able to show us around and pass through the main attractions. They also took the time to state historical facts and some valuable info. Thank you David, Paul, Zoltan and Peter.. we really enjoyed our time

The best way to see the city!

My husband and I were only in Budapest for a short city break and thought it would be a great way to explore the city. Our tour guide Berci was a star! Super friendly, informative and pleasant to be around! He chose the highlights as were quite relaxed about which sights to be included. Really enjoyed the experience and would recommend to all! Thanks so much for the memories Berci!

This will be one of the best highlights of our Budapest trip . David our driver/guide had so much passion for the history that we learnt so much. It was fun, it was adventurous, it was so memorable . Cannot recommend the service we got enough.
