The Bazaar is in the inner city. It is such a huge market that you can find things from black pepper to souvenirs. Plus, you can find some buffets to eat.

I was advised to visit this market by the reception at Utto Suites. I had been disappointed by the Market in Fovam Sq. Very busy and very much geared for the tourist. This market is more sedate with a greater choice of eating places. On...More

The place is hot in the summer, cold in the winter, and very dirty. I feel I get dirty even walking there. I saw dead rat in front of the food market a year ago, now you can see the same inside. Prices are absurdly...More

In spite of the name, this is not a typical Hungarian market but a former market full with food stalls and bistros. I would recommend Stand25 bistro for Hungarian food, the Schnitzel place and the Russian take away.

Great place to wander around, hustle and bustle with the locals, with the upper level full of plenty of Hungarian food stalls for quick bites to eat, typically like Spanish Tapas bars, had an amazing Goulash too much to eat but really tasty and cheap....More

Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube,
with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The
Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica
stand out as two of the finest examples of
architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for
more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval
city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while
the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention

I visited in mid winter and I assume because of this booths were closed. I suspect that it will be much more vibrant and open longer hours during summer. Give it a go regardless
