Anna is a superstar. We arrived in Budapest with a broken electric wheelchair, not speaking the language, not knowing what to do, and Anna made everything right. She got on the phone and found us a wheelchair in stock, took us there and got it, and then gave us an amazing tour. She had so much knowledge not only of present-day Budapest but about the history of the country and her parents' experience under communism and her grandparents' experience under the Nazis, it made everything come alive to us. She stopped wherever we wanted to, instead of being set on some fixed idea of what a tour should be. We saw everything and more! She was great with my husband and his wheelchair and if I ever go back to Budapest I'm calling her. Can't say enough good things about her.…

Our group of nine adults spent a few days in Budapest before a River cruise. Anna was recommended by a guide in Rome. She met us at our hotel and we started on the train to go to another part of the city to see Hero’s Square. She had our train tickets but explained the train system and purchasing tickets and made it super easy for us to do on our own the remaining days. She was so engaging, fun and knowledgeable, and made Budapest come alive! We experienced so many things we would have missed on our own. Myself and partner both aged around 28 years of age, found anna through another company who recommended her, the whole booking was made via whatsapp so. Easy no stress. Shes a very knowledgeable lady with lots of experience with everything. The trip to serbia rained all day but didnt matter listening to the history about hungary & serbia.
