I am writing to complaint about the bad experience I had during my massage here. First, when I tell the reception lady that I want to have a 4-hand massage she was freaked out and saying loudly like:” four hands???”, I don’t know why she react like this. I booked my treatment in advance.

Second, the two staffs were talking and even laugh during the treatment. It doesn’t seem professional to me at all.

Third, one of the stuff is just rough and careless. She massaged me with too much force, causing me to bruise several times. I asked her to soften but she didn’t listen. And when she helped me turn over, she was extremely rough and didn't properly tuck in the blanket for me. I was so disturbed and feeling disgusted. She even accidentally touched my private part a few part which is unnecessary.

I feel regret to come here and pay for 2 hour treatment.

Excellent Thai massage :)

Masseuses very skilful. After a day of walking around the city, the massage was worth every penny. Had the Thai massage with oil, no regret at all. The place might be a little bit outdated but that was not a put off. Very pleased :)

Cracked all my stress out of me

We had a 2 hour massage. It was very relaxing and in the end they have cracked all the bones in our body.
You can see many years of experience in the two girls, the massage was amazing and very professional. If you came to Budapest you should to try this place for a Thai massage. :)

An experience you need to have in Budapest!

Superb !!! Thai Cocktail is fantastic! 4 hands Massage is to die for ! The owner is very helpful and very welcoming ! The ladies are truly best of Thai specialists in Massage.

Terrible-Not worth the trip!

From the moment I walked it I felt uncomfortable. The receptionist was not polite and the manager, who was not on the premises, was not accommodating at all. Vibes were so bad I just walked out!

Dear Lanzet, We really regret that you have not tried our procedures. I regret that at this time I was not in the salon. Just sorry that we did not have to this day chocolate scrub and mask available. Our administrator offered you two other (and very good) scrub and mask from Thailand, but you categorically refused and also she suggested that you wait a bit and we bring a chocolate scrub and mask from another our Spa, but again you do not want to wait even 15 minutes and just left. You must be a little more positive and not capricious... First impressions can be misleading. Our therapists are really very high qualification. And believe me, it would be a great day for you. P.S. If you would have told us in advance that you want only a chocolate mask and scrub, you can be sure we would have done everything possible to keep this in Spa. With best regards, 5 Elements Spa Owner

The best thai massage salon in Budapest

The ambiance is excellent, the staff is well-trained. I had the best massage there in my life, so I strongly recommend the place to everybody who wants to relax and be refreshed. I have been there more than ten times to have massage (traditional thai oil massage), all the girls are highly qualified.

Very nice massage!

Two years before I already visited with my friends 5 Elements in Buda, but this time there was no place and I tried their salon in Pest. Of course, in comparison with their salon in Buda, from the outside it does not cause much confidence, but inside everything is nice. Everything was very good and professional. Masseuse Sumana did a magnificent Asian Mixed Massage.
I can recommend this salon!

not the first time. after the first experience before some monthes we returned today, nice, quite and cleen place and most of all wonderful thai therapists that give wonderful .. oil thai 90' massage

Beyond expectation!

Visited on 12/6/16. Myself & my partner, decided on the couples massage. 40,700HUF (roughly $200AUD) - amazing value for money. We had 90 minutes traditional oil massage (we got to choose the oil we preferred before hand) + 30 minute foot massage (or facial, you could decide on what you preferred) - not to mention once we finished we were greeted with a bottle of wine (which we chose upon making our booking), fruit platter & pot of tea (also one we pre picked). Everyone was super friendly & not once did we feel unsafe. (Being Aussies traveling alone we were a bit unsure) The front door may throw you off, just ring the door bell & you will be greeted with smiles, I promise :) thank you so much for a beyond relaxing 2.5 hours! It was much needed and your hospitality much appreciated!

Best Thai massage I've had

I've had a lot of different massages round the world, and this was a hidden gem! There are so many Thai places in Budapest, some of which are a bit dodgy...

This is brilliant. Booked on last minute notice, girl at the desk was lovely and polite, we were offered a couples room which was a nice touch. We were able to choose our own oils and the entire experience was very calming.

The massage itself was incredible! I was almost in a trance and just felt fantastic afterwards, I never wanted it to end.

Thai tea (which you get a choice of) at the end was a nice touch too. No rush to leave, encouraged to relax!

Brilliant value - about £50 in total for both of us for an hour (one sports and one oil massage)
