    A relaxing and luxurious experience
This was a wonderful experience. We were looking for a very calm, and touristy location that was not crowded. The staff was all wonderful, welcoming and pleasant. The massage was great. The welcome tea was a bonus. The pools downstairs are gorgeous. I would highly recommend this place. It’s a lovely spa and a relaxing experience.

    I recommend 100% - Amazing experience!
The atmosphere is super relaxing, and it's not crowded at all. When we arrived, we had the choice of 5 different pools: one cold, one icy cold, another warmer, a lukewarm one, and a jacuzzi. There’s even Hammam if needed and a sauna. The setting is so peaceful. We then took a 30-minute hammam session, and it felt just like being in Morocco (even better) – absolutely fantastic! After that, we had a deep tissue and Balinese massage – hands down the best massage I've ever had. Highly recommend!

    ...and relax
We were recommended the Mandala Day Spa by someone we met on a boat trip. Knowing it was going to be raining on our final day and with an evening flight we booked a 4 hour spa session. For £32 (gbp) we got 4 hours in the spa baths, a glass of champagne, flip flops and a towel. I've seen a review about just 3 pools. This isn't true. The spa offers a cold plunge pool, cooler pool, normal temperature pool and a bath temperature pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi , loungers, day beds, a seating area and a small bar. Water is free. Toilets were clean with soap and toilet roll at all times. The spa is very relaxing. It has a nice ambience, dark with nice lighting. Free WiFi. We didn't have treatments. The staff were very friendly. We found the deposit system a bit odd. In return for a locker key band you had to hand them something of value. Lockers were 2 sizes small and tall. You get them allocated. Luckily I had a tall one as my bag wouldn't have fitted in a small one. Totally recommend for a few hours of r&r

if you’ve already have sophisticated experience and know what a good massages or spa treatments really are, in this case this place is absolute NO GO for you. If it is your first time, and you are not spoiled, you can try it, no harm. My hammam treatment (30 min, about $70) was literally in cold hammam, on cold stones covered with towels 😆. I was poured warm water, got lots of soap suds on my body, and then was poured warm water again. That was basically the whole treatment. Again, hammam was cold, there was no steam, no heating. Who knows what is real hammam treatment, knows what I mean. Massage (i paid for ‚deep-tissue‘, 60 min, also around $65-70), it was very basic, no certain technics. The most unpleasant thing were old faded shabby robs and towels; this part was honestly a bit disgusting. This place seems very busy, how expensive could it be to renew your towels/robs and heat your hammams. The hammam in baths area and sauna in women change room were also cold. I visited on Nov 3 between ~ 10.30 am -and 1 pm.

I am not a person that gives bad reviews and I will always find something positive to say about a place as this is someone's livelyhood but when I feel violated as a woman and have to hear about my partners feelings of violation then I get really annoyed.
Firstly this spa is beautiful and the ambience is amazing BUT we then decided to have a couples massage... This is where it got sketchy and NOT very relaxing. The 2 ladies that did our massage were not pleasant. My partner got asked to strip naked and I got asked to keep my underwear on, fine no problem, they covered us with towels, perfect and then the lady that was massaging my partner lifted his towel revealing his private parts whilst he was laying face down and couldnt see anything and called the other lady over and they spoke and giggled. I then sent an email to the owner and made a complaint and he was very non-chalant about it. The massage was overpriced and we were hurting for 3 days after them. They are unprofessional and should not be giving massgaes. Go to the spa but dont get a massage if you are a male person as the females act like giggling teenagers and will have a look at your junk and then whisper and giggle about it.

Very arrogant team, unflexibility on top.
Got a voucher that I totally forgot to use up: I attended a yoga&spa event there when I realized it… it expired 3 weeks before. Sent several emails with no reply than got it: “why were you not able to use it up”? I would have expected a slightly more polite answear..

Stay away. Very expensive place for nothing. Only three small baths and one jacuzzi, and it didn't feel clean.
Even the food was inedible. The champagne tasted like piss. Left early as expectations were not met. The lights were too dim so you could'nt see anything.

1. When we arrived we were told that we could cut ourselves at the pool so we didn't have to put all the weight on our feet when we went down the pools
2. We had ordered sushi lunch in the big package they offer. It consisted of 10 pieces. (5 to each) where the manager stood and scolded the bartender out in front of us because the bartender had complained to the manager that there was not enough food for 2 people. The managers made us very disadvantaged. The Germans who sat in front of us had ordered salad, but got served a dish of sushi (also 10 pieces of 5 each) which they messed up a little, so to say no thanks. The same plate took the manager and tried to serve to us, which we did not accept because the sushi had already been served to others. This resulted in the manager eating the sushi in front of us and the bartender offered another trip in the massage chair as an apology, which we accepted.
3. In the massage chair the manager came over again to complain (i.e. blame everyone but himself) about the sushi - we were uncomfortable because we just tried to relax, which the manager did not understand.
4. The manager disconnects the power to our massage chairs to accommodate a group of women in other chairs, who seemed to have him charming - so they had not paid for a massage chair. We then had to climb up from the chairs with great difficulty, as the manager had obviously forgotten us when he interrupted the stream. It should be said that the chairs clamp a firm because of their compressed air and tilt so you lie down in the chair, with your legs in the air. As written, very difficult to get up of.
5. We left early without having experienced everything or getting all the things we had paid for because the manager was a fool and we ⁇ 't encounter him again.

All in all, the manager ruined our entire experience. We could live with the way the bartender apologized for the sushi and offered us an extra ride in the massage chair. But the way the manager spoke to the employees in front of us, hanged them out, scolded them out to get himself in a better light was not fine. And that he keeps coming to us after the conflict is resolved is just a plague. All other staff were very nice and helpful and deserve a better manager.

The whole crew has a very professional attitude, they are kind and helpful. They truly went head over heels to accommodate our requests. Everything runs smoothly, we had a relaxing, refreshing experience all together. Special thanks for the excellent facials and massages.
One small suggestion: quiet noise level should be reinforced in the bathing area. Loud groups are disturbing other guests

Myself and my wife visited here for a day mid February. There was a cancellation on the treatment due to a staff sick call. The manager accommodated us on the day and we recieved alternative treatments. The spa itself is so relaxing and the best thing we done in budapest. I cant recommend it enough. Staff are extremely polite, massage is professional. There is no negatives I can think of. Its money well spent and if were ever back in Budapest we will definitely return.

I spent here a half day getting a massage and trying the bath. Their salt water spa where you can float is very unique in Budapest! The staff were very friendly which made my day. The venue was spacious and elegant.
