Myself and my wife visited here for a day mid February. There was a cancellation on the treatment due to a staff sick call. The manager accommodated us on the day and we recieved alternative treatments. The spa itself is so relaxing and the best thing we done in budapest. I cant recommend it enough. Staff are extremely polite, massage is professional. There is no negatives I can think of. Its money well spent and if were ever back in Budapest we will definitely return.

I spent here a half day getting a massage and trying the bath. Their salt water spa where you can float is very unique in Budapest! The staff were very friendly which made my day. The venue was spacious and elegant.

I researched for a long time, i found this SPA highly recommended. I purchased a couples day costing around £300 for the both of us. The Spa from the out side is deceptive......as when you walk in you are taken through a serious of doors to relaxation and a water experience. The good points-My partner and i had couples massage-which were amazing. The next thing was a couples salt bath-a tad disappointing, as i expected the jacuzzi bath. Instead it was just a low water bath for 2. We had wine included which was nice. However for any English people-this was a 100ml measure, which in the UK is a tasting measure. The facial was lovely, as was the manicure for me, where i had gel (it was tricky to chose a colour as it was so dark), the ladies for the facial and manicure/pedicure for my partner were brilliant. The bathes them selves were lovely- a salt bath to float, a sound bath to float and listen, a jacuzzi and a plunge pool. It was an amazing day, i would do it again if i were ever to find my self in Budapest for sure! The Negatives: For a woman-or perhaps just for me on the day we went. The changing room is so so hot, i had 7 people in the changing room with me, after the shower i was sweating so much from the heat-women were in the way of everyone and each other-it was bedlam. Not an enjoyable experience at all. In fact-the changing room-with so many women in a tiny space made the relaxing treatments a little non so relaxing after the battle. That aside-the only other thing i would say-after booking a day spa, starting at 10.30am-having a massage, a bath-a manicure and a facial-it leaves people needing some form of sustenance. Now we had tea, and some oaty sweet things-but no option for coffee-as is a choice for normal people. Also the fruit was bare-only a couple of apples were there. So i would expect some nuts maybe? So the good outweighs any bad. If in Budapest-visit.

I found this place on line. Nice photos and reviews for the most part. I went to get a gift certificate for me and my boyfriend for Xmas. There was a line at the door and I was impressed how many people favor this place so it must be great! The girls at the desk were rude, not knowing what they were doing, not enough staff to get the job done and very chaotic all around. I finally purchased my gift card. Online it said if you come in in person to make a purchase you’ll get 10% off. Well, not so true it turns out. You had to get a text message in order to do that they said. I told someone that they really should clear that up on their website because it does not say that at all and I was not the only one complaining about it while I was there. I got lucky and some manager over heard me and thankfully I got the 10% off. The next day I thought I will make an appointment since they said it could take 2-3 weeks to get in. Well, the girl who picked up the phone rudely said she can’t make an appointment for me because they are busy helping other customers! Say what??? I’m not a customer? They will call me back she said. They didn’t. I got very frustrated. I did spend way too much money to be treated like that by a place that supposed to be a high end spa. I called back the next day in the morning right when they opened hoping they will not be as busy but NO! I got the same answer! They are helping other customers and they will call me back. I did say what I thought to them. Later they called me back and I finally could make my appointment! On the day of the appointment: again girls are not providing a good customer service. Not telling us about the place just walked us in, not telling about the complimentary champagne etc. The locker is very small. if you go in the winter time and you have boots and a nice coat it will Hardly fit all your stuff. If you are lucky the rod in the locker won’t be broken and will be able to hang your coat or dress. You get one towel. Save it, don’t get it wet at the spa because there is no other one for later for your shower unless you brought one. The place it self is very nice has a relaxing ambiance. There were some water, tea and cups out for the guests but I had to ask someone to fill the flavored water jugs because nobody came around to check that not to mention to clean up empty cups that were all over the place. I had to ask for the champagne too. In the women’s bathroom there was no toilet paper. I was there for 4 hours, went to the bathroom 2 times and nobody checked or replaced the toilet paper in that 4 hour time. Bathroom was filthy as well. Some of the shower stalls were out of order, the one I used had no soap in the dispenser. I had to move to another stall. No additional towel. If you used the one you got and got wet and you didn’t bring an extra one with you then you couldn’t dry yourself. We purchased two 90 minute massage. Was ok. Nothing spectacular. In my opinion the place looks very inviting and very nice from the outside. The service for your money is zero on every level. I would not recommend it.

Me and my friend was looking for a good place for a massage and came across this spa on internet. I called them, a kind lady who spoke excellent english answered and she could squeeze us in for a 45 minute massage the same day! We booked bathing at the pools as well. When we arrived we felt welcome and was given robes and slippers. We got to borrow two swimmingsuites aswell! The pool area was so relaxing and beautiful. We swimmed befor our massage and felt calm and warm. The massage we got was great and felt safe. Some drink og snack was provided. 10/10 experience! The young english speaking lady in reception made our spaday even better and she was SO kind and sweet. Truly recomend this day spa!
