Mainly myself, but other family members too, are very competitive! So this seemed like the perfect activity for us to do together. We had a blast, our host was so friendly and talked us through the process of getting out of the rooms! I don't want to spoil the experience, so will leave it there. This is good value for... More

We were going to play the Medieval room, but the manager suggested we do the Egyptian room instead, as we were experienced players. And it was a good suggestion, as lots of the puzzles in the Egyptian room were things I'd not come across before. I thought it was a very good game, though the sets are a little worn.... More

We did both Medieval and Armageddon and we liked them both very much! Medieval were more playful and very fun! Armageddon very cool with cool puzzles! They are very different but very fun, I want to go back and try the other rooms too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here as a team of 2. Very inventive gameplay. Not just boxes and keys. Great fun. Only negative was that the room master did not know the room that well (or was not paying close attention) as he told us to ignore a clue only to then tell us we needed it after a few... More

We played Amazon room and it was very nice and hard enough, cool puzzles and great atmosphere! Buuut our game master girl was really unpleasant and rude, we got the feeling that only think she wanted at the moment is us to leave!

we did the medieval room, being a team of two and it being rated the easier of the five but still very good theme. it was fantastic fun, an escape room with a bit of an edge as some of the methods of finding keys are hands on - fort boyard/crystal maze style puzzles rather than logic or hide and... Trap has two locations. All rooms are suitable for larger groups (we were with 5). The puzzles are very original and they have used nice techniques and details. Amazon was my personal favourite, followed by Armageddon. In total we have done four of their escape rooms.

Me and my boyfriend wanted to do something a bit different and as we have never done an escape room before we thought we'd give it a go. We did both the medieval and Armageddon rooms and they were such fun. The puzzles were clever and challenging and the staff were on hand to give us hints when we needed... More

We played all 5 rooms that TRAP operates in Budapest and we liked all of them. Still, my favorite remains Medieval room (the setting is very eye-catching), followed closely by Amazon (very original puzzles) and Armageddon. Although everybody praises the Egyptian room (even the game master tried to persuade us to play Egypt instead of Amazon), I didn't like it... More
