The location is nice and clean. It is underground, quiet and relaxing.
I get a traditional thai massage, at first i felt it is very strong, sometimes can say painfull, but at the end i feel like a new person. I never try it before, next time i will try oil massage as they say it is more relaxing.

With my wife, we decide to do a 1h30 Thai massage as a couple.
to relax after several days of sightseeing.
Not gentle by Nature, I suffered for almost the entire duration of the Massage, to the point of hoping for the massage to end as quickly as possible.
When I spoke to the hostess about it, not a gesture, not a word of apology, in short, pay and get out.
I am extremely disappointed.

My Husband and I both had a full body massage here on 21/10 after a long day of exploring Budapest and visiting the shooting range (that left me with achey shoulders). Both masseuse’s were amazing and made the experience very relaxing. One of the best massages we have both ever had!

Great and friendly masseuses. I asked for 2 hour oil massage and a lady lead me to the room. After a while the lady asked if i was ready. However it was not the lady who had lead me to the room. She introduced herself as Wan. I was surprised because I had a strong and actual full body massage by small hands. Great massage. Thanks.I hope to come back again.

The best massage I have ever had, Mai was exceptional, sorted my back out with ease. Both gentle and hard at times.
Staff were very polite and welcoming, very clean establishment throughout.
I must admit, it was that good i went back the next day for another relaxation session.

My wife and I visited Budapest in late June. We walked a lot visiting all of the touristy attractions in Budapest, so we were looking forward to a massage at Spirit Thai Massage (we went to the Dessewffy Street location). We picked Spirit Thai Massage because of the good reviews on TripAdvisor. However, we were very disappointed.
My wife had the 90 min foot massage (+hand, neck, back. shoulder, head) and I had the 90 min Thai massage. The massage was average (not terrible, but nothing special - they certainly don't work on your problem areas). The thing that made the entire experience terrible is that my masseuse and my wife's masseuse were having a conversation throughout the entire 90 mins (please note that individual massage room is divided by thin sliding doors - and my wife and I were not in the same room).
The two masseuses were carrying on a conversation and "chuckling"" throughout the 90 mins. We expected our massage experience to be tranquil and peaceful. Instead, it was weird and to be honest, kind of creepy. As a result, we did not enjoy our massage at all.
Based on our experience, we don't recommend this place.

Thanks for your review, we can use it to make our service better.
We are terribly sorry for the bad experience.
We warning our two employee about this issue, although they was perfectly clear about how to behave during the massage. The most interesting conversation can wait until the end of the massage session.
We know that any small disturbing event can ruin the experience during the massage.
We expect from all of our masseuses that they pay full attention to our guests.
If you will be in Budapest again please visit us for a free massage, we can prove our professional side too.

I am sad to report that I had a terrible experience here today. I was feeling stressed and needed something relaxing and a bit different. Having lived in Northern Thailand for 18 months, I knew a Thai massage could be just the thing.
I selected the Herbal (Hot) massage - now I wish I hadn't.
To begin with the massage was constantly interrupted by a co-worker of the masseuse who kept popping her head round the screen to talk and joke with the masseuse - I felt no privacy, care or focus being taken by my masseuse. The jokes and continuing conversation with her co-worker seemed to be the priority.
The hot herbal pads were heated in what appeared to be a standard electric food steamer and, again demonstrating very little care, I was scaled four times as the pads were removed from this steamer and applied to my skin. Each time I flinched and complained, only to be met by giggles and laughter from the masseuse.
These factors, combined with a very lackluster massage left me feeling frustrated and that my time and money had been wasted. I will not be returning. Thai massages can be amazing, unfortunately this was just an amazing dissappointment.

I went to the city branch of this company today. I must say I've had thai massages in many cities around the world and this was one of the best!!
A clean, hygienic and professional setup here. The masseuse was extremely experienced, polite, spoke reasonable English and was clean. It was a proper thai massage with plenty of stretching and even standing on your back! Plenty of focus on all limbs, back and face. I would definitely visit again an it was great value at approx £30 for 90 minutes!

I walked into the Dessewffy branch and asked for a 90 minute aromatherapy branch and paid 10,900 FT to the receptionist. I went to the room, took of my clothes and put on a towel. Then the receptionist came in and said I could only have a 45 minute massage and gave me 1,500FT - "the change." I went ahead with the 45 minute massage, which was very good. When it finished I checked the price difference and found I should have been given 3000 FT change. The original receptionist was no where to be seen. She was called on her mobile and insisted she had given me 3000 not 1500. Pity about the scam as the 45 minute massage was excellent but too short.

First, sorry for the inconvenience that, we can provide 45min massage instead of 90min.
We want to make clear that our company are not operating with cheap scams,
I think you make sure about this at your second visit at our Vaci street branch. I hope you will write a good review about it :)
The gilrs report this problem and both girls remembered that we give back exactly 3000Ft.
She remember clearly, when she give back the money she said: "This is 3000 forint, I give back to you"
(one piece of 1000 bill and one piece of 2000Ft bill) The color of the 2000 and 500 bill are almost the same, that can be confusing and count 1500Ft.
Anyway if you are around, please come back and we will give you a free 45 min. massage.

Also all of them have official thai massage practicioner certificate. This is our company requirement.
