We loved our moped/scooter tour with Andras! Initially I thought it would be nice to rent scooters and cruise around on our own, but there are so many great places to see in Budapest it would have been really hard to navigate them all on our own. Andras was a brilliant guide, taking us to places the buses don’t go, and explaining history and fun facts along the way. Our ride was safe, very informative and a fun adventurous way to see the beautiful city of Budapest. Thank you so much Andras! Can’t wait to come back and cruise around again.

My husband and I booked the 8-hour Danube Bend tour early in October with Andras. It was the highlight of our week in Budapest! Andras is friendly, knowledgeable and a very interesting man to spend time with. The scooter was well maintained and since it was a colder day than expected Andras helped me find inexpensive gloves to purchase and loaned my husband one of his own pairs. We all got along well and it truly felt like we were riding with a friend eager to show us his favorite places. The included luncheon was delicious and the location was perfect. We're hoping he visits Cleveland, he can ride one of Dave's choppers and see the local sights with us! Thank you for everything Andras, you made Dave's birthday very special.

My only regret is that I scheduled this for the last day of my trip, not the first - so I couldn't take a second tour the next day! My guide, Andras, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and entertaining. The afternoon seemed more like a day trip with a friend than a guided tour. Not even the drizzling rain and cold could dampen the afternoon. I opted for the trip to Szentendre and I will say, the view of the Parliament Building as you ride back into Budapest is awe-inspiring!
It has been more than 30 years since the last time I operated a motorcycle, and the scooter was smaller and lighter than anything I have ever ridden in the past, but soon I was feeling fairly confident. My guide made sure I was street ready before we took off, so the afternoon went without incident.
As a solo female traveler, I give this organization high marks for friendly professionalism! I felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout the tour!

If you are up for a leisure ride around the country, I would recommend contacting Andrew for a guided tour. He took us out on a all day excursion right outside the city for some easy and scenic riding. My partner had never ridden a scooter before and Andrew showed her how in no time. Highly recommended on a nice sunny day.

We rented a scooter mainly to go to the Formula 1 race at the Hungaroring. As we were there for a weekend, we rented the scooter for a couple of days and we were amazed by the preparation the owner had done for our rental.
He had preprogrammed our GPS with the best tours and Points of interest, but also had saved our hotel and the Hungaroring as favorites, so we could fond our way with no effort.
The scooter was decent and we had no issues at all. He provided helmets a lock and everything else we could possibly use and took his time to explain everyhting.
Great experience overall. Thank you!

Andras was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable about the city and it's history. I hadn't realised it was a holiday in Hungary so a lot of the roads were closed for events. Andras adapted the tour accordingly and it didn't affect things.

Look no further. Best thing we did in the 3 countries we visited. We loved Andras ( owner and guide). He took us all around Budapest. You wear a headset u see your helmet so he can talk to you while you are riding. We covered so much territory that we could never have covered without these scooters. Thrilling riding scooters over the Chain Bridge from Pest into Buda and then going up and around to reach the castle. Gorgeous views. He took us everywhere we wanted. He gave us suggestions where we should go afterwards on our own and he was spot on.
Told us to go eat langos upstairs at The Great Hall Market. He told us for dinner to go to eat in the area of Gozsdu Udvar ( no reservations required). Then told us to go to the ruin bars (Szimpla Kerr)for a drink. Perfect rest of the day. We did everything he said and now, we love Budapest. He was humorous and also very informative. Can’t say enough about this tour.

Went here almost as soon as we arrived in Budapest as only had a couple of days to see the city. Best way to see it is easily via moped. The man who runs this place was very helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn't thank him enough for his friendly manner, helpfulness and customer service. Would happily recommend you go here to hire your scooter!

It is very recommended to do the scooter tour when yo visiting Buda and Pest for just a few days ( 3 or 4 days). The tour is about 4 hours.
I had almost a private tour given by the tour operator "Andras". We were with just two of us and with the operator makes us three.
I enjoyed my tour at the max. A kind man who loves his job and do his work with passion.

Hi the price for 1 day rental ( 24 hours) is 27 EUR but if you would like to have the scooter only during the day there is an option 8 hour rental from 10 am to 6 pm and the price is 22 EUR. You can find full information about rental prices and conditions on our website scootertour.hu
