Only spent a short time here, as it was small, and had very few authentic Hungarian souvenirs. Most set up for American type things like refrigerator magnets, postcards,T- shirts, etc. I'd pass on this place,

Near St. Stephen's Cathedral you can find this well organised souvenir shop along Hercegprimas utca, selling a wide range of traditional souvenirs, Hungarian made products, packaged foods and drinks.
We found the prices here noticeably higher than the vendors at the Grand Market Hall, selling relatively similar (if not the same) items. As such, we'd suggest saving your shopping money for that attraction area instead.
Otherwise, if short on time, you might be able to find something to purchase here to take back from your trip to Budapest.

Visited this shop based on Trip Advisor recommendations and wasn't disappointed. Great range of goods at reasonable prices.

We tolk a burger at their restaurant. We did not know that it belonged to the souvenir shop. It took long time to get the burger and it got served without nothing. All you get by sittning down is the Nice view I do not recommend it. If you want to spend money here buy souvenirs.

Staff who could not care whether you buy anything or not. Totally absent from the shop area and don't even bother asking for help. They're surly and rude and extremely unfriendly. They give you the impression that they would rather be anywhere other than in the shop. The shop itself stocks the usual tourist trap items with tourist prices - i.e. higher than other shops if you take the time to shop around. Avoid - you can find similar shops with much better shopping experience.

The lady who served me was incredibly rude. Not a single greeting or smile. But more importantly, ignoring my outstretched hand, she forcefully slammed my coin change onto the service desk. Additionally, the items are overpriced and had I known better, I would have bought from the markets in the city.

We visited their shop in the Skycourt - excellent experience. Nice, helpful staff, they tell you everything about their products, good price-range. You even got a shopping bag, which you can have by yourself at plane, not in your luggage.

This restaurant is within sight of the Basilica and therefore easily found. It offers real Hungarian cuisine with a choice of four courses. The menu makes clear that small portions are served and I can certainly confirm this to be the case. I cannot recall precise details of my menu choices other than to say that the food was absolutely wonderful and is cooked within sight of the front desk. I do not normally bother with desserts but made an exception this time and it was just superb. The service was excellent (there is a 15% service charge) but the waiter took the time to talk.
If there is one negative, it is the size of the portions and I happily took advantage of the sliced bread provided.

Dear Su!
I'm sorry, but we don't have an online webshop and we can't ship our products to foreign countries.
Thank you for the understanding!

Can I get the following itiem from you or from a place you suggest? Now that I am back in America I am trying to find a place online to buy the traditional red tourist book, published in many languages, that you see in all the souvenir shops in Budapest (and other cities). It would be a big help now in putting to together an online photo album to share with friends. I believe the name inside the front cover was "The Golden Book" or "Colorama" or ?. Jim Gundlach
Thank You
