If you have a free day to discover something really nice, traditional and Hungarian the best way is to contact the guys at Rural Safari Hungary. There are different programs in each season and it is organized on these beautiful spots, you can check on the photos. If you want to learn how to cook traditional Hungarian courses in authentic milieu or make a tour and visit the animals like mangalica pigs, grey cattles, racka sheeps,or see how a nice biofarm looks like or how these nice people live there, it is the best choice to call Reka and Andras!

We participated on a mangalica "disznóvágás" (pig-sticking) where we could learn a lot how to do things, we could take part in any process we wanted and we can say that the biggest fun was preparing the sausages. The hosts are helpful and sweet and can't wait to see what their spring and summer programs are. The place is just so far from everything that you can forget about all your stress but it is only 1 hour drive from Budapest, it is really worth it!
