My recent air balloon ride over Budapest was a spectacular experience. The breathtaking views of the city's iconic landmarks and the serene journey over the Danube River made it unforgettable. I highly recommend this adventure!

Saw the balloon from the baths so decided to walk over as checked out prices online. Very strange ticketing system, queued for around an hour and a half with zero communication. Queue would not move for 30 minutes at a time as nobody in the ticket booth. Paid and again no communication as to when our turn was, ticket just advised how many people in front. Decided to get some food from the cafe while we waited - BIG MISTAKE. Staff were incredibly rude, there was a young boy working who stopped and stared at us until we moved out of his way whilst browsing the menu, instead of walking around us. We ordered and as the food came they called our ticket! We asked if they could place it inside while we went up but was told we just had to leave it on the table and come back to it! Had there been more communication on timings we would not have bothered. The balloon ride was good, staff member didn’t say much about what we were looking at but the views were nice for the short time up there. Wouldn’t recommend really - waisted a good few hours of my birthday queueing and waiting.

Lovely views! It is weather permitting & we were going to visit the same day as the baths but it wasn’t operating as it was too windy. We decided to go back another day & glad we did. We got there for 10am & there was only 4 of us on it! Really steady take off & landing, felt really safe throughout. Staff spoke good English & gave safety instructions clearly. Would recommend going early & checking website before you go to see if it’s operating on the day. It was just under £20 & worth the visit! There’s a lovely park, lake & castle nearby too.

Decided to fly this hot air baloon. Even though it's tied to the ground, the view and feeling is great. During our visit the time to issue tickets was longer it took to fill the baloon, so baloon flew half full while there were long lines.
