If you get a chance, you must go to the Hospital in the Rock. They run tours on each hour. You walk about kilometre through the tunnels during the tour. The tour covers the history of the hospital and more recent nuclear bunker use.

We also just turned up shortly before the tour was due to start. I imagine English-speaking guides are more or less the norm.
