We booked via 'Getyourguide' website for a dinner cruise for 2. We met at the hotel getting point and got our vouchers, then followed the guide to the boat. It was decorated nicely and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of food on offer. There were soups and salad, lots of mains and accompaniments and deserts. We had a welcome fizz on arrival, water on the tables and another drink later on. We also chose to buy a bottle of wine with our dinner. The cruise was around 2 hours and we got some lovely photos of the big sites at night.

We have visited Budapest last week with my husband and our friends, we really enjoyed river cruise experience with drinks and live music! That a was a great, fun and romantic start of the evening listening to Hungarian music, enjoying a bit of dancing and sightseeing! We were served by lovely Bori, she was really friendly friendly and welcoming!

Very nice view of the Parlament from the cruise. The drinks from the bar were delicious, our bartender Benjamin made us the perfect drinks of our choice.

we were on the ship on January 2, but that evening it was foggy and the ship did not go anywhere. tickets are very expensive, on other ships it’s cheaper. the employees said they would return the money, but after a month there is still no money and they don’t answer emails, they just ignore

The entertainment was superb, with a very skilled string trio and 2 fantastic folk dancers.
Service was attentive.
Food was very basic and limited, causing a mad scrimmage for a place in line whenever a waiter appeared with a tray. Similar to airline food.
The Danube was in flood, so the boat could not travel under any of the bridges, so it only cast off, Remained in place for 2 hours, then docked again, without any explanation of the few sites we could see.
Don’t go!

Thank you for your feedback! We are truly sorry for the inconvenience! Due to the high water level of the Danube, our ship was unable to cross under the bridges, but we still tried to make a big circle so that our guests would not feel that the program was incomplete! Unfortunately, an audio guide is not possible due to our live band! We will continuously replenish our food during the program! We hope we can get a new chance next time when there is no flood and you come with us on a boat trip!

So disappointed with this activity. Due to high water levels the boat couldn’t actually cruise the river (despite huge River Cruise boats managing ok). While I appreciate they have no control over the river levels, I’m most annoyed that we were not advised of this until 30 seconds after casting off - they really should have given everyone the option to cancel. This meant that we sat in the middle of the channel for about 45 minutes before very slowly moving to the parliament, stopping for a while then slowly heading back to the dock. At least those having a meal had something to do. The musicians played the same song 3 times so that one woman in the audience could sing along. They then went off for about 40 minutes. This meant it was all very, very boring and we would have definitely not gone on the trip had we known in advance (even if we’d forfeited the money). Utter waste of one of our precious evenings in Budapest.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback! We are terribly sorry that the evening did not go smoothly! Of course, we inform all our guests about their options and we tried to compensate everyone as much as possible, so that no one feels that something is missing from the program! We minimized the cruise for the safety of our guests, but the program started anyway! Our musicians play several songs, and you can even ask them for individual songs, which they will gladly play! We hope that the next time you visit, we will have another chance to impress you with our entire program!

I booked a entrance to the baths and a massage for my partner and myself. It was my partners birthday so I wanted to treat him but unfortunately it was a bad experience. The staff were genuinely rude except for one male that gave out the locker keys. The baths weren’t signposted well we never found the outside one til the end when I had a shower. The booked massage was awful the masseur asked me to take off my top and put on the chair. I stood there topless with no dignity I should of least been given a towel or she could of undone my bikini top once laying down. The massage in itself hurt and so did my partners I should of at least been asked if I want a sports massage or a gentler one having got MS I was in a lot of pain and bruised after. I would not recommend the massage.

We were a party of 9 people celebrating a graduation. I have booked the tickets in advance, and we were sooo looking forware to this trip. When we arrived we were located close to a bachelor party that was so loud that they eventually were kicked off the cruise. We were so bothered by their behavior and the people who worked there, that we asked if we could upgrade out tickets - so that we could go up stairs and enjoy a dinner. We were happy to pay extra money to do so. We did not buy any chance get a discount for this. We waited 1 hour standing before they could place us to a table. We were placed in front of the ship, close to the buffet. Our main waiter, which was an elderly man, was the worst waiter we have ever experience. He yelled at us when we asked if our wine would come - after waiting 20 minutes, he was so bothered buy our existens and so tierd of his job. In the price it was included drinks. However, we nearly got any wine or bear. Our glasses was so empty that we were shocked and asked if this was right. He just snapped and went away. In order to get any drinks or service, we need to go to the other side of the cruise, here the people were polite and helped us immediately. We have never experienced anything like this and would highly advise you not to pay for this trip.

This is the first spa I have been in where I didn’t get wet. If you’re a result spa or pool user I’d strongly advise you to avoid. The pool was ankle deep & the fountains were dry .... they seem to be having a problem. The building is, or could be, beautiful. It’s very deceptive when you see it from the outside or see photos. In reality It’s filthy and falling apart. If the NHS ran spas they would be in better condition. I can’t express how horrified I was at the look and smell of the place. It’s cheap for a reason. The smaller baths literally look like a pis* pool. Vile. Old, trodden in Black chewing gum was all trodden into the tiles as you walked in. I could go on and on. But I won’t. It’s disgusting. Avoid like the plague.

Yes there were quite a few different options available. The only issue was the labeling for each dish was not very good so we had to ask. My wife has a beef allergy so labeling of each dish was a big concern.
