Good route and great commentary but long delays between buses. Seats wet when rains and no rain covers provided like other tour companies do. Ticket valid for 48 hours and includes a boat tour via Margaret Island so plenty of time to hop on and...More

Very few busses, no yellow bus at all, waiting at least half an hour for one bus to arrive (in the meantime the other companies had multiple), crowded, dirty. Awful experience.

We went on this Bus tour during a few rainy days in Budapest. One Bus was very very old and the roof was leaking huge amounts of water into the lower levels soaking everyone on board. Seats were soaking wet as well as being small...More

Lived here for four months and had visitors so we did it. Yellow line closed for the holiday weekend. Hmm. Maybe that is why we didn't stick to the route. Some headphones missing. Otherwise a good way to see the city. Ali's took the evening...More

Thank you for the review! Yes, 20 August is a national holiday so the whole city stops and it's a big celebration... We always try to make the best of it :)

We took the Hoho bus hoping to get a good information. It was good for orientation, we used it more for getting to & from different areas. but the commentaries were weak. Playing music most of the time.

Our experience with the bus tour was less than exciting to say the least. Finding the bus tour staff (or them hunting you down at every intersection) was easy, finding a bus to pick you up, well that was a rare occurance. On one occasion,...More

Several companies offer hop-on hop-off bus tours. A 48-hour ticket allowed us unlimited rides on two land routes and a boat route to Margaret Island. By taking both land routes, we had a fine overview of the city. Audio reception, available in a variety of...More

Good way to get an overview of the city, especially when it's steaming hot and you don't feel like walking around. Quite a cheap deal as they give +1 day to your ticket. Works alright if you don't mind to wait 10-20 minutes.
