We did the city highlights bike tour. The bicycles were comfortable and it was nice to feel a breeze on the cycle cause it was quite hot outside. Our guide told a lot about the city but not too detailed, she also gave great tips for food and other activities in Budapest. She answered our questions and even showed us the island! We loved this relaxing bike tour and that was perfect because we only had 2 days and saw so many highlights!

Would definitely recommend this biketour to everyone! A guide who tells with passion about the city and who actively takes times to answer the questions that you have. Also learned the key things about Hungarian history and ofcourse many fun facts, without a doubt 5/5!

We enjoyed the tour a lot. Budapest is royal and huge city which makes it a challange to explore it by foot, but by bike is perfect - no rush, no exhausion, considerable distances are covered, you get the overall impression and basic information and important that we felt safe riding bikes ir this active city.There were only 4 of us: our family and guide Lashlo, though we have ordered group tour, it turned into privat one because of much less tourists this summer in general. Lashlo was great giving us all attention :). Gulash soup for lunch was really good, thouh a bit too spicy for me, but boys enjoyd it a lot. Lashlo gave us some good advices - thank you, Lashlo - hamburgers in Bamba Marha were really great and our 14teen years old son was frosen from happiness when we have founded the anime shop :). All in all 5 hours have past very quicky and meaningfully. We decided to continue on bikes next day too by renting them in city.

We had a great time with Virág yesterday touring the beautiful city of Budapest. We left with a better understanding of the city and its buildings and complicated history, with a better understanding of life in the city and with many suggestions and recommendations for places to eat, shop and visit. And the goulash was amazing. Highly recommend!

Lovely day with Akos riding to Szendendre. He was prompt, professional but casual enough to be fun. The bikes were excellent, the instructions crystal clear and the commentary was informative and entertaining. Szendendre was well worth visiting specially with such a great guide and if there's anything you want to know about wine, just ask him.

You get a good feel for the city. Our guide, the owner, was fun a new a great deal about the city. She does tours for a living so she knows what she is doing. It’s not too hard and my wife and I felt safe. Although the city is not set up for bikes as well as Amsterdam or Copenhagen it’s a lot of fun.

We planned a bike trip to Szendendre and contacted 3 organisations. Budapest Bike Breeze were the only ones who wanted to accept us as a party of 2 (the others requested min. 4). And they were the only ones telling us upfront that the boatservice was not operating due to Covid. So honest, flexible and christal clear. the trip itself was beautiful and Laszlo was a super guide. We enjoyed it very much and can recommend this organisation 200% !!! thank you for a wonderful day, Budapest Bike Breeze!

Our tour guide was excellent (sorry I can't remember your name) I should have written this sooner. He has great historical knowledge, kept us all together on the bike tour and managed to keep everyone focused. Thororghly enjoyed the trip we did this on 19 May so the gentleman who did the trip shouldn't be hard to work out. Thanks again Regards Janice Lee

My family and I did the private bike tour of Buda Castle on electric bikes and it was AMAZING. We had Loren (maybe? Sorry if it’s wrong) and he extremely knowledgeable and engaging. He had a lot of patience for all of our questions and spoke eloquently to both the past and the present. The pace was great and the timing was wonderful.

My guide for this trip was amazing 👏 he could speak fluent English and also answered any questions which were asked by any member of the tour.. highly insightful and perfectly honest.. I don't think the tour would have been as good without the guide I had..I honestly feel so lucky and blessed to have had the experience I did 😁 thankyou so much ❤️

How long is the tour and do we have to book in advance?

There are different tours from 2,5 hours to 8 hours long. Please take a look at budapestbikebreeze website.
You have to make a reservation for the tours, you can join the Wheels & Meals tour any day at 10:30.
