Blue Bird Karaoke Rooms is a place with a unique concept: professional sound in private rooms for small and big groups of people. We are unique as you will never find a similar place in Budapest. There are 5 separate karaoke rooms designed differently. The capacity of rooms is up to 30 guests. We provide you with a catalog of more than 75 000 songs in 10 languages, that updates weekly, professional sound systems, high-quality service, lots of tasty cocktails. Join us and enjoy your quality time!

It is illegal to keep the customer’s bank card + pin code, but this is what they ask of you. The woman at the desk who was supposed to hold my driver’s license until the end of the karaoke session was short, blunt, rude, unhelpful and not at all concerned with costumer service. I could have left there simply disagreeing with the karaoke place’s safety measures, but she made sure I left there dissatisfied, confused, and simply bothered. She does not care to provide customer service at all and is not doing this deal of «keeping the customer’s identity card» any favors. Why does she work in customer service? The guy with the long, brown hair is fun and charistmatic until he vanishes and you are left to deal with the woman when you have already paid the expected amount.
Also wondering why the karaoke place needs our ID when we have payed both a deposit before arriving, and the rest of the full price when we arrived? She did not lock the ID in a safe place, it was simply put underneath the keyboard of her laptop to be kept there whilst in the karaoke room, with my personal identification number available for anyone who lifts up the laptop. I refused to this term. My entire family (we are five in total) witnessed this. Shocking! People outside the karaoke place offering to sell their ID to use at the karaoke place also reeks with scam.

We visited as a group of 4 and were charged £139 pound for seven drinks. The bar clearly knew we had had a few drinks and over charged us which is so shocking. Disappointing. I would not recommend this place, unless you want to over pay for average drinks.

Got charged 3k for a cup of apple cappy juice where the menu says 500 forint. The manager said I “should know” that 500 forint is for 1dl but the bartender pours 4cl, why not put this on the menu ??

Waited 30 minutes before we could even order. Wrong dishes were brought to the table after waiting for an hour. Staff is not friendly.

Horrible service. They said we had to buy a bottle of vodka for 40.000 huf, even if we didn’t want it! No other drinks were “available”. Never going back, and neither should you. Go to Viberooms instead!

Visited here on a weekend evening on a recommendation. This seemed to be the centre of Gozsdu Udvar as it was absolutely packed upstairs! Its easy to see why with brilliant music and large screens for everyone to see the lyrics. You don't need to be on the microphones here to sing.
There is a downstairs area which seemed a little deserted whilst I was here, I think these areas (booths) can be pre-booked.
The bar prices were the only downside to this venue. VERY expensive drinks, and the bar waits were horrific, very few staff for the business of the place.

Best karaoke party, I’ve ever been. Our group reserved a private room and we could singing all night long over there and nobody disturbs us in the room. Lovely staff and tasty cocktails. I can recommend this place!!!!

I am writing this one day after the experience.
So the whole place is devided to several locations. Every single one is around Godzsu udvar in Budapest, however it is hard to find if you are not familiar with the area.
When I had made the reservation on their website, chose the number or people, room, time and payed, my email shoved a completely different time. They called me 4 minutes after that. They only spoke english, nothing else. The woman spoke extremely fast, did not repeat what she said first and went on og the informations. I could not really understand it, just patiently asked back. She continued about my reservation, and I said I made on an other hour, and it should be a mistake. I wanted to ask her about what should be done, since their website said that my money can not be refunded fully at all, just if I give a 3 day notice, however I made it the day before. She cut me in my sentence several times. She asked if I could send a picture on WhatsUp, I said sure, since I thought I had the correct time on my email. Not only I couldnt find how to start a message but I saw the wrong time on email too. So I called her back and tried to explain the issues. Also was about to ask of the refund or recheadule options, but she cut me again and again with a fast and firm voice of her. It was really frustrating and unfriendly. We chatted on simple SMS eventually, and rescheaduled later that day. I highly recommend to make a screenshot for everything, just in case, you can delete it anytime. It is not because they did not cooparate, but because such a situation can be worse.
When we arrived, I immediately recognised by her style. She was talking fast as if her life was depending on it. She showed us everything on a really professional way and repeated if we could not understand it in that two seconds.She even sang, wow!
The microphones can be adjusted, however you still have an echo on the lowest settings, and also get only 2, no matter the number of guests of the room.
The drinks are overpriced. Yes, I know, it is in the middle of the most crowded place and its a tourist centre, but 2,5 euros for a water... And I have not even mentioned the simple coctailes from 8 euroes. Also on their first page of their drinks menu you can read that they will add 13% for their service. They bring you in the drinks. That is it. You need to pa that even if you chose 0% of the tip on the monitor while paying in the bar. So I guess there is a reason why this menu can not be find on any of their site.
They had such a poor option of musics. If you does not listen kinda only famous songs, then do not even try to search for it. That 54.000 song is really not that much then. Do not dream of City Wolf or Melanie Martinez either. They had one-one song available. And they have only this program, can not connect your phone to it or search on youtube.
I also got stuck in the toilet almost, the lock was stuck for a couple of seconds. And they have little steps you can not be prepared if you look around. 2 out of 5 of us tripped and almost fell because of these.
They have 0% of flexibility. You can not be late of coming out of the room, they will literally rush in and gather everything, clean up so fast, it is crazy.
Someone broke a glass outide, in their hallway. They started yelling at each other in their language (Slavic?), then the guy wiped it up as soon as possible.
They seem to be a place where they want to look as professional as it can not be.
I mean if you do not care about the money and you know the popular songs, then I higly recommend! The cashiers are nice and friendly, but these two just made our whole experience terrible. They also have really big monitors/tv-s for the lyrics in all of the corners. 3 out of 4 was working also. Oh and they had a stripper pole too in Space room with a lot of mirrors, it was awesome for the apperience!
We had fun either way, since we payed for it online, was no reason not to try to have a better mood together.

Absolute amazing place, amazing vibes, hundreds of good songs to choose from.
I actually had my birthday here, and they were so kind, they even offer a lot of amazing-looking birthday cakes (They had a toffee caramel cheesecake for me which was very high quality), and they also offer 15% discount on champagne if it is your birthday!! The whole event was great, very kind staff, great food, and drinks. Nothing more I can ask!! :)))
