We took the morning tour through Piran, starting at 11am. Jan is sympathetic, funny and can tell a lot of interesting facts about the city, including recommendations for nice restaurants and a great store for local products. We definitely recommend this tour to everybody who visits Piran.

I try to do my best not only to explain about the city, but also to show you best places to go for a lunch/dinner :) Jan

We've been there the beginning of September and it was an almost private Tour! Very friendly, interested guide. It was a pleasure to join. Thank you!
He also helped us with the litte child, so this is also suitable to go with a buggy!

Hi, usually in the ''end of season'' you might get lucky and you will be alone on the tour, since we do a tour even if 2 person show up :) Because of few stairs and cobblestone it might be a bit shaky for strollers, but so far so good, even kids enjoy the tour :) Jan

We did the morning city tour at 11am. It was nice listening to Jan as he knows everything about Piran. Besides that he was easy to understand. He gave us also some advise for lunch and icecreams. We really recommend doing this tour. We loved it!!

We took the Piran walking tour and was surprised over interesting new facts and places in Piran. The tour had many interesting stops, but the best came at the end, tasting of local cousine with breathetaking view.

The friendly and most informative guides, lovely cheese and wine and a good pace on the walk, but not too fast or strenuous. And we ended with the sunset.

Eventhough we were only two to take the tour, the tour guide didnt cancel the tour and took a lot of time to explain how the city works, tell us about its interessting history and to answer our nummerous questions. The tour was very interessting and entertaining. At the end you even get to taste wine and ham from the region. The guide was very friendly and forthcoming. The tour is definitively worth the money and we would take the it again.

Amazing experience! Two hours to see the town, city history highlights, cultural facts, and a walk through of top restaurants. The end was a great salami, olive oil, and wine tasting that was truly fantastic. Great experience and recommend to all!!

If you find yourself near Slovenia, Croatia or Venice, consider a day trip to Piran. We arrived by boat and it was such a quaint little town. Our guide (and unfortunately I cannot remember her name) was wonderful. She lives in Piran and her local knowledge was intermingled with the history of the area. Loved walking to the top and seeing the view from the church. Definitely a must do. Pasta with Truffles at a local restaurant was an added plus!

My husband and I did the Walking Food Tour with guide Marko yesterday. Despite the rain it was great - a really interesting tour. Marko talked about the history, the architecture, the culture and the people of Piran. Then we got to taste some delicious local wines, olive oils and truffle pastes. It was a lovely way to explore the backstreets and learn about Piran. Excellent tour!

We did the sunset tour with tastings and it was fantastic! Jan was wonderful - very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was a great mix of facts and anecdotes about Piran and Slovenia in general. It was a small group so easy to ask questions. The tastings were of local products with 2 glasses of wine. Very good value! Would highly recommend!
