This is a more or less obligatory site to visit. It really is a most impressive ancient castle, which mixes battlements with panoramic views. Take the fernicular railway up, but the walk down is well worth undertaking too.

We walked up the nice pathway to the Castle as we needed the exercise. Great views, interesting puppet museum. We’re disappointed that the coffee shop only had sweets in the afternoon as my wife wanted something more substantial, but not a meal at their restaurant....More
