This place is under construction, so you can't really see the architecture, but you can go inside on the first floor and see a few small display and replicas describing the city's history and development. Free and perhaps worth the 5 minutes it takes.
Only a few minutes after coming to Ljubljana then I was here at the town hall and was inside the building looking at a display. Didnt go after map the first evening and since it was dark I didnt realize what I was looking on....More
